I stepped in a little before they were officially ready to open, but the owners/employees were nice enough to let me in and preview the joint. I ended up trying out a wide variety of flavors at their tasting station. They have tips so you can take it off and try as many flavors as you like before purchasing. I fell in love with the Space Jam - Astro. So I decided to go ahead and purchase one of their basic intro packages. They were having all kinds of specials the first day so I ended up getting another flavor too. The build out is very sleek. On top of me being direct but polite, the store manager decided to start an attitude with me, when I was being cordial about their product not working...not me breaking it. After walking back in I noticed they had quick lighting coals next to the ones she offered me. She didn't know what they were nor was willing to read the box and just said she doesn't know what they are. No exchange/return and $5 credit card minimum, which is fine, but when it's due to the discretion of the employee that's unfair to the customer. **Update: below response from Owner is untrue.
