Was sold a fake foger vape, and when I brought it right back in they wouldn't give me a refund. I understand open box policy but if your product is a counterfeit, you shouldn't be selling it and should accept refunds. The employee tried to pass it off as real when I went it and I had to explain the website "verification" was fake. Would not recommend shopping here or at least be careful with which product you select. read more

I ordered a Pax 3 Vaporizer Kit from SmokeATX on May 27, 2025, and paid them $102 through Zelle as instructed by their invoice. While the order was confirmed, I never received the product. I reached out to their support multiple times. They responded once with a vague message about "investigating," but I never got a shipment, tracking, or refund. I've filed reports with the FTC and the BBB, and my bank is investigating the Zelle transaction. It's extremely disappointing that a business based in Austin is taking payments and not delivering. Don't come here, they scam you for tips. Such a shame, I used to like this place. Then I went on last night and they're asking for tips(!?). I came in for a refill, knew what I wanted and guy grabbed my single item from the shelf, I should have been in and out in 60 seconds. At the register, guy mentions the tip option. I hit the wrong button and accidentally add $6 to my order in tips. As I'm looking for the back button, guy just reaches over the counter and hits "authorize" without asking me! I tell him I wasn't trying to do that and to refund the transaction. Calls someone on the phone for 30 seconds, says he can't reverse it and to try again Monday. Maybe I'd toss you a couple bucks but that was straight up credit card fraud. read more

I've been shopping here for about a year, but for the past few months the service has seriously declined. They've got one kid who works there that is too stoned to function. And he is always the only one there when I drop in. He's sold me the wrong pack of coils for my device one time, even though I told him specifically what device I had, and he had sold me the correct ones several times before. He did make it right when I drove all the way back up there to complain, but it was a pain in the butt. And Nord supplies are NOT cheap. I constantly have to repeat myself several times when telling this kid what it is I need. I spend too much money a month on vape supplies to get negligent service. Makes me pretty sad because this location is so close and convenient, but I'm taking my biz elsewhere. Hopefully there are shops where the employees aren't completely baked. read more

These guys are fantastic. I have always had top notch service from experienced professionals. If you're of a certain age and are established, then you have no need for cheap, Chinese glass or the like. These guys get it right everytime and are always happy to answer your questions. Be prepared to spend a bit more for quality, but, as I always say, buy it once and buy it right. I can't give these folks more praise than they deserve.
