I've been a loyal customer of Vape City for years and have spent thousands of dollars at their locations. However, my recent experience at the Burnet location was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I attempted to pay with a $100 bill at 3 PM in the afternoon, only to be told they couldn't accept it because they didn't have change. This is not only inconvenient but completely unacceptable for a 24/7 business that deals with large transactions. What made this situation even worse was the attitude of the manager, who was unhelpful and rude when I politely tried to resolve the issue. I've always had positive experiences at other Vape City locations, but this one has left a bad taste in my mouth. Given my history as a top customer, I expect much better service and professionalism. It's hard to understand how a company with hundreds of locations can't manage basic payment transactions, especially for customers who spend a lot of money. Very disappointing. read more

So rude got my hopes up about a nectar collector saying it's only 40$ and then she rang it up and said it's actually 80$ read more

Cool shop that's open 24 hours and have a good selection. A bit pricey but I got what I needed except some coils that I needed for my atomizer. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and shop was very easy to find. read more

Nah place sucks. Inconsistent and weird derivative/off-name brand vapes disguised as popular products. Picked something, brought it back because it functioned poorly and I was SOL. Lame read more

Always a great place to get disposable vape and vape juice for my other vape too. Very fairly priced too

Outstanding service and their selection is 2nd to none. And they are open 24 hours!! And Jush is the best! read more

I've had previous pleasant experiences at this store. Never had any issues spent lots of money here. The long haired dude with dandruff is extremely unwelcoming. He's rude and condescending to me and I've seen him be that way to other customers. I won't be coming back and I don't recommend anyone else either. read more

The service in this store is absolutely incredible, the sales people completely helped with all my needs, I left the store more confident in my knowledge. The selection is unluck any vape store I've seen before, and the best bang for my buck! Bug and Eric are excellent employees and pointed me in the perfect direction!!! read more

I'm fairly new to vaping and needed to run a high VG liquid but could not find the info I needed online (user fault). I stopped in and found Mike late at night and had a bunch of questions and he helped me pick out a device. I picked up a smok and I'm incredibly happy with the purchase. I paid a little more for everything I needed but Mike was so, so helpful. He explained everything very well, in simple terms and clearly has a vast understanding of everything from coils, to wattage, to stuff I don't even know about. Very very impressed with the shop and the service I received. 5 stars for Mike and a clean shop with plenty of options. Seriously would recommend this place they have everything and great staff. Plus, 24/7 operating hours. read more

Bought a vape battery--I commented that it looked really cheaply made but the guy swore it was one of their best so I paid nearly $50 for it. It's a $13 vape. What a complete rip off. Buyer beware. read more

First time here. Place looks like a game room. Filthy parking lot. Used vapes scattered all over with whippets and other trash. Weird frosted film treatment on windows gives a creepy vibe and is unpleasantly dusty and hair covered as well. Won't be back. 4 people working inside and no one gives a shot about the outside. Plus I left with the wrong item because it was in the wrong box and -- you know, not busy but don't care so. Other than that service was ok. Another trip back to get what I asked for and that was weird too. Ick. read more

Great service, open 24/7 and always happy to help. My partners vale died at 3am and luckily they were open to replace it for us! Everyone inside was super cool and very helpful. read more

I purchased Ghost Delta Eleven dummies to N affect--even took two and same result. While I was in this establishment the worker was constantly staring at me acting like I was doing something wrong and she was very unpleasant to deal with and she does not treat customers how they should be treated she should be fired immediately she acts like she hates her job and her life so I just think that y'all need people that have better customer service skills working at this place. read more

I had other business in the area and I stopped to check out their CBD selection. The one dude behind the counter couldn't give two sh*ts about the presence of a customer. When I asked for his opinion on CBD flower, he was put out, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the store. His recommendation sucked. When I got home, I noticed the seal was broken on the jar I purchased and the flower was mediocre, at best. The store is nice and their selection is great but the staff... yikes. I won't be back. read more

I was sold on their in house made vape, because they offered the 24hr warranty on it and it was good for an advertised "4000" puffs, it didn't even last me 1000! You have to buy a charger separately which is another $20 and they don't sell them. They do not have a good stock (if any) of the trusted mainstream brands. I would avoid this place. read more

Excellent customer service! Fernando was very helpful! Very clean and organized store!

I would be happy to right a better review but this location has inadequate employees. The two girls that I have ran into working there were phenomenal. The females knew a lot of the main base information about their job. There were three different guys I talk to that all were unaware of particular brands of vapes, and one guy was just unaware of everything. He couldn't answer simple questions like, do y'all sell hemp wick in a big ball, do you have air bars, do you see disposable vapes at all. he said no to all of these so I told him it's fine, I will just call back later when you have someone there who knows what they are doing. I called back later and got him again, and the next day and he ends up telling me it's his first week? Well if it is your first week I doubt you were answering the phones without a supervisor? Someone had to be teaching you something your first week I would imagine.... Having had worked at a few smoke shops. It's not rocket science and it's not difficult to ask your peers a question, especially for a customer. I will say I like the water pipes they sell at this location. They have a wide variety, but they once sold me a fake grav stem in my Grav waterpipe. They also put different bowls on the pipe than what it comes with on Gravs actual site. Still charging over Gravs original price. Other than that, sure this smoke shop is definitely recommended by me. Just watch out for your choices in purchases on water pipes here. The staff do not care, and it's okay. They probably don't get paid enough to care. read more

open 24/7 and they have a lot of stuff but: i went in there and asked for advice on what kind of pod system to get so i could stop buying these stupid esco bars all the time and the guy told me definitely get this one particular geekvape thing. i bought it and enjoy it but when i went back a week later to get some pods a different employee told me the pods are virtually impossible to get because of some huge manufacturing issue. so - that would have been good to know six days ago when i spent $40 on the thing. thanks. read more

Great products and prices. Great staff, especially Eric. I always come back and highly recommend it.

Veronica was amazing and extremely helpful. The store has a wide variety of glass and great prices. Highly recommend.

Perhaps the worst experiences(s) and staff here. Been here so many times. I understand it's way overpriced and the people really never know shit. I bought a whole mod about a year ago however they do not sell any of the coils and threw in 2 batteries at the time. Went by this evening for a whole set but they seemed to not care about my previous experience after explaining I have to find coils at other places. The girl said she will call the manager to see if they can include 2 batteries. They said no so I walked out perfectly happy and also never going back to this place. These people don't know anything at all and have no customer service experience. They should probably start at Chick-fil-A before coming here. This will be shared on all my social media and I would hate to get a generic response like all the other poor ratings provided. DO NOT STOP HERE!!! read more

I heard about vape city from a friend. Seems like they don't care about the quality of the products they are selling. I bought a simple vape pen thinking there would be no issues. I ended up trying it out the next day, and it didn't work. So when I came back a day later, the same lady that sold it to me said they have a 6 hour return window, which definitely wasn't mentioned. Seems like they need to implement some better policies or at least let people know when they purchase their low quality products. I won't be coming back since they pretty much stole my 40$ read more

eric is the best. super knowledgeable and fun to work with. gotta go check it out yall

Great selection. I was new to vaping and wanted to shop for a vape. I ended up buying something from them for $110. I stupidly did not look at the price online before hand. Today I googled it and it costs $50....I understand that a local shop might have some mark up, but pricing things at more than 200 percent markup is a shady business practice at best. I will not be returning here as there are many other shops close by that have WAY better prices. read more

I bought multiple vape products on the same day and used the first product and it worked fine. Once the first vape ran out I opened the second one and it didn't work so I took it back up to the shop because it wasn't working. They told me tough luck because I didn't return it same day even though they saw the product didn't work. I didn't know it didn't work until I opened it two days later. Terrible customer service, and will leave you holding the bag if their products don't work. I've been shopping there almost exclusively, but won't be going back after they sold me a defective product, and they saw it was defective, and told me tough shit we can't do anything for you. read more
