The bad - they are degenerate dirt bags who have no idea what they are selling, can't answer any questions, and will just out and out lie if they can't answer your question. He said no refunds, but refused to admit his mistake, that I misheard him. The money isn't the issue, it's the dishonesty. This is the shop for THCa hemp in Austin. My shop is the Montopolis location, but I also run in to the campus and Lamar locations from time to time. The homies at Montopolis are always super friendly and knowledgeable. You can't beat the 24 hour shop on Guadalupe in a pinch. I'm a long time daily smoker and their in house pre-rolls are fantastic, especially the infused; this is my level and when I share with less experienced smokers they always get fully lifted. They rotate their selection often as I'm seeing new names which I think are from distinct harvests/batches from their supplier. They never taste like they have delta additives and are always high quality (I can't tell the difference in taste between legal cannabis I've purchased from other states). They carry loose flower, that tends to go quickly, and a variety of concentrates for more experienced smokers. They also have a wide variety of nicotine vapes, edibles (hemp and psychedelic/adaptogenic mushrooms), and every possible device you can smoke from. My only gripe is they cater their THCa percentages to heavy smokers like me, I have some lightweights in my life and the 19% house mix was my go to! My dream is also a shorty preroll pack of 20. If you're a smoker they have the cheapest THCa hemp in Austin during their happy hour from 4:20-7:10 daily. 15% off anything in the store. They're also super active in legislation regarding hemp and cannabis in Texas. Awesome local business. read more

Depending on the person, it's a hit or miss. I remember the first time I went, the worker was so sweet and kind. Extremely helpful! I wished I knew his name, but he was perfect. The second time I went, it was a different person working. He wasn't really mentally there, so he wasn't helpful at all... Not only were they informative, they were also honest about the various products which makes my fiance really happy. He doesn't like when people just say stuff to make you buy something expensive, these people literally knew what they were talking about. They sold alot of things we can't normally get in Houston and the product my fiance purchased....well he can't stop talking about it lol. I have been here before and was disappointed. Have them another chance. Not only are they unorganized and super expensive probably triple the price if not more. They are also rude. I had checked out already and my friend was looking through their unorganized baskets of stuff and picking things she is gonna buy and the guy tells her to hurry up there is other customers and this is only like 5 mins and within that 5 mins she found already 3 items to buy she would have bought more but there was other customers more important. Happy Clouds, I don't want anyone to get fired over this, but did you know that literally every time I go into the N Lamar location, I'm either given a free thing and/or a discount on a regularly priced item? True story, I broke my arm last year and couldn't use the only piece I owned at the time because it required two hands. Happy Clouds gave me a discount and free downstem for a new piece that I could use with only one hand. I'm not even hot! I just look like a normal person. Super super chill spot. Went to a few other spots trying to find a cheap metal dab tool and some juice for my vape. Places either didn't have the dab tool or wanted $7-$11 for a $1-$2 dab tool, so I left. Came here and everyone was super nice. They had a huge variety delicious juice for my vape, AND the dude kicked me down a dab tool for free. Also while here the guy was trying to work with a customer on price in order to get him a pretty expensive (and nice) custom bong. Now, I have a story. I used to love happy clouds, specifically this one because it was just so close to home and I was tired of driving all the way to Parmer Ln to get my nicotine fix. I've tried many different types of salt nic vapes and really settled with Venus a decent brand if I may say so. But this isn't about the brand or what I smoke. This is about the ratings and my Uber all experience. I've been going to this happy clouds since 2020 and really took a liking to it just because I was so unaware of how I was getting ripped off, of course I know more about what I'm smoking what I like and what has the best price and great quality. Wait it's gonna get juicy! From the moment I started purchasing from HC I would buy the same thing I over and over again. I don't like change especially when I find something I like. I was always surprised on how ever time I would purchase my little 2,500 puff vape that the price would always change from $18, $20 to $22. It was definitely annoying. Then one day I decided I would play dumb and when the worker tells me my price I'd say really something like "hmm really cause I paid $20 dollars last week". So I did! To my surprise the guy told me "really because these are actually 25 but I'll do 20" this guy tried to charge me 30 dollars for a $20 maybe $22 vape! I told myself I won't be going there anymore so now I don't. Found a great vape shop and I love the vapes they have also the employees aren't blazed out of their minds. read more

I love that the location offers a grand selection of items however I'd definitely roll back on the discrimination. The service was terrible (for me at least). I walked in, no one greeted me. I walked up to the second level there were at least three or four employees and I still wasn't greeted. One of the employees finished helping a couple while the other employees stood at the register not even acknowledging me. What made me leave is after I walked in another couple came in and they were extremely helpful to them. Mind you, I'm the only black person there. These people treated me differently. I waited 10 minutes out in the sun until someone came out and then went in to find that there were multiple people in the store. When I asked about this I was told in a very rude fashion "sorry I didn't see you."
