so I went and bought a bottle of lubricantI took the lube home, within an hour of it, laying on its side it emptied all over We were very upset. We called to see if there was a resolution to the purchase, which was $40 and they said there was many variables that were too involved within the hour and a half and they would do nothing for the defected bottle poor customer service will not be going there again lost a true customer customer service matters read more

Amazing customer service, everyone was so friendly!! Great glass selection at affordable prices.

I went into the store to look for a bag that I needed. They didn't have it in stock so they offered me a solution of more expensive package ...after I bought the bag,I walked to the door open while opening the box to see if it's the bag I needed ...which is not what I needed .....so I walked back up to the counter with the same bags. I had never left the store or the area. I tried to return what I just bought literally 40 seconds ago and they hit me with. They cannot give me my money back pretty much jipped me of my money/purchase that I spent with them. I will never go back again. Worst service ever in Austin and I have been in Austin all my life. Whoever the heavyset guy is up there in the front is on bullshit.Fake customer service until you buy your product and return your items, I do not recommend this planet k location . For any purchases or any type of business, I will never give them my money again very disappointed with their service. read more

Went here on 2/5 I was the only customer in the store and the girl working was so incredibly rude. I asked a question and she told me to look at a sign and talked to me like a child "yea there you go" when I could see what she was talking about. Completely unnecessary. read more

Really nice planet k, seems like a nice spot to do your shopping. Distractions everywhere, you'll probably spend a good buck here. I just wish they took Apple Pay lol, I left my wallet at home read more

McCaye, Brandon and Charles were all super nice when I walked in. Usually when I go into some planet K stores they can be a little standoffish towards me but this is by far my favorite one to go to! Charles helped me find some kratom I was looking for and mccaye helped me find a really nice container to store it in! This will be my go to Planet K from now on! Thank you guys you rock! read more

Planet K - My container - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Austin, Texas

This place has some cool stuff in it. I really only come here to buy tobacco and tubes to roll my own cigarettes. Unfortunately the staff is not very friendly. Other than that it's alright. read more

Went there to buy an esco bar since they allow you to test them in the store. It tasted awful and not how the esco bars should taste, so i asked the manager if it would be possible to exchange if for one that actually tastes how it is supposed to. He told me that you can only get a refund if the esco bar is defective (which at that point it obviously was), but before he even talked to me he was skeptical that i bought it there. Than he offered to discount one if i decided to buy another. read more

Literally the two most rudest ladies I've ever encountered sloppy chicken wings all over the counter greasy fingers touching stuff none of them can read it's like two monkeys throwing poop at each other in there read more

I got some dragons blood here today, I'm very thankful for places where I can purchase these very valuable and sacred resins. I use them for cleaning my environment, brining in positive vibrations, today in particular, healing stagnant male energies.. dragons blood was just what the dr ordered. Mclovin lookin axe in the front at the register, you know who you are, first of all. You should try some of the resin you sell Axe ol. You have a Mchatin attitude that deserves zero gratitude. Domo arogoto mr. roboto vibes energy putting out set to negative. I haven't been treated with so much disgust at a place that should be judgement free. I brought my puppy in and she showed all your coworkers love, didn't put her paws on the glass, and even gave one of your co-workers a potentially well needed hug and kiss. Actually two now that I think about it. Go to a different planet K, or oat willies. Watch your choice of words, be polite. Dont use forbidden language. You get two stars instead of one because y'all did have a bunch of cool things from aroma therapy diffusers, art, decorations, and overall high vibration merchandise. Mchatin at the register can go fudge himself. Smudge yourself while your at it. Maybe smudge yourself with fudge, McNotsolovin. Eat three square meals a day and snacks in between. If you don't have some type of love or, a regular smash, I saw some friends for a lonely rocket that can fit it your pocket, like a cat. Also, eggplant emoji. They are in the back left corner in the glass case. I saw a good fleshjack for 169.00$ might be worth the investment grumpy mcfrumpy read more

I was walking by and was caught off-guard by the scent of patchoulli wafting in the air. What sort of store is this that has such earthy aromas, and very colorful cosmic mural art on its facade? The "K", I thought must be Vitamin-K, the nutrient found in leafy greens and so this place must be some sort of herbs and plant supply shop. Indeed it was! Inside I found the most colorful and psychadelic-looking collection of plant vases I have ever seen. Expertly blown glass and very creative shapes! They had intricate tubes and many different ways to put water in them. There was a particularly interesting mushroom-shaped vase with a devil girl on it--the guy tried explaining to me how it worked but he lost me when he started talking about how to do "monster rips". I also saw what looked like a hydroponic growing kit-- hah, good luck with that guys. Austin has great plant growing conditions, what would anyone need that for? I looked through the magazine section and found a gardening publication called HIGH TIMES. I had no idea Snoop Dogg was a gardener! He had the most lovely collection of what looked like thyme or oregano. How does he get it so green? The frustrating part was actually trying to buy some plants. I learned they don't actuall sell any plants there. They were super tight-lipped about it and I felt like I would get kicked out if I kept asking. Geez. All in all great store. The only weird thing was that for plant supply shop, they sure had a lot of sex toys. read more

My absolute favorite planet k to go to! It's such a convenient location since it's right off 35 and the staff is pretty helpful as well. The taller guy with the black nail polish has always been super friendly to me and makes me feel like a valued customer. Will be coming back next time I need something. read more

Yelp kinda steered me in the wrong direction with this place. It's not a "gift" shop it's a "head" shop. I aplogize to the younger crowd that doesn't know what the latter implies. If your a 420 lobbyist or looking for a place that's "very chill" to check out, maybe this place is right up your alley. Not really my scene. read more

Decent place to pick up stuff. I call it the Walmart I'd head shops. I'd rather go on amazon but if I can't then I come here. The reason I'm giving them a one star is because I called the shop before going to make sure they had a specific item. Guy over the phone tells me yes and I ask again to be sure since it the one on the other side of town I was just at was out of stock. Employee assured me they have everything in stock. I come and to my surprise they don't have it. I expressed my frustration with the employee at the counter and all he could tell me is he just got there and it must have been a new employee. Worst customer service. Products are great just lacking in customer service and empathy. read more

I purchased an item from these guys which was non-refundable, understood! The item turned out to be defective so the very next morning i attempted to at least see if i could exchange it. No luck! They refused to even do THAT! All that to say they will never get my money again and can suck it EASY!!! read more

Try a different planet K, they stand there and the atmosphere is so dense and unsettling. Not an enjoyable experience, they'll come up with excuses not to sell to you. read more

Really I am only giving it two stars because of that cool woman that was trying to get me some service when I was trying to get some information on electronic cigarettes. She was trying to get someone to help me but some of the employees there were helping personal friends of theirs behind the counter and not anyone that was walking in and she got annoyed with them and said that they were being " fucking rude ass bitches." As the name was appropriate she than helped me herself which I thought was cool. The only reason I gave two stars was for that girl that helped me. Their electronic cigarettes selection was literally horrible but she then gave me a few other options. Really Planet K experience was really bad but she was awesome. Dont know her name but she had blue colored hair and deserves some recognition in this scenario. read more

Granted, this is the only Planet K I have been to, so I can't compare it to the others. If you want to overload your senses, stop by Planet K. Before you even enter, you'll see an old painted convertible filled with plants out front. I think the car has melted into the cement and they have become one. The staff inside were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. You do have to ask for many items they keep safely tucked away behind the counter and they don't have a huge selection of glass pipes, but the prices seemed okay. They've got gift cards, house decorations, cigarettes, magazines, books, sex toys, and a big live iguana in the back corner. I know there's a bunch more, but I couldn't take it all in. I picked up some incense and sage. Haven't used the sage yet, but the incense has been very fragrant and worth getting 25 pcs for $3. read more

I love Planet K and I've never been so upset to write a bad review of a place but I can't believe the experience I had here today. I spent a good half an hour checking out their pieces by the front counter and had to endure listening to the guys working there making totally innappropriate sexual remarks about their junk and a woman who had come in earlier for the whole time I was up there. My boyfriend and I were both incredibly uncomfortable as we were right on the other side of the counter. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention their female coworker was behind the counter too, no doubt feeling just as uncomfortable as we did. read more

First of all let me go by saying that I love every other planet k in Austin never had an issue with any store. So I go in to by some papers and tips and I think a grinder and the Black dude at the front counter was being a total dick the whole fucking time was rushing and being super fake. I went AGAIN this dude again was being a dick and gave some sass like no other ruined my experience dude should be fired! people like that should be only employed where they have to be in a room by their self and don't interact with anyone so they won't fucking suck at their job. read more

Super friendly staff, they always play good music, and don't allow bums to loiter in the front and pester you for change as you enter and exit. What more can you ask of a head shop? Good prices? Unique pieces, dugouts and water pipes you say? They got that too! Don't be that pussy-willow who distances them self from incredible places. Check it out and embrace the wild side read more
