Speaking of the products, their prices are priced amazing! I have yet to find anyone to compare to the Smoker Center, they really do love their customers. They have anything and everything you could possibly need, and the vibe is so amazing there. If you have not been here yet for a vape, gummies, or any other smoking product, you should go now! Myself and my partner have been regulars there for years, and we go nowhere else!

They may be adjusting or sharing space inside but don't be mislead. The vape technician I worked with was able to remove that stubborn vape cartridge with a trick I will not disclose here ;-) He was very friendly and did not pressure me to buy any products, even though I wanted to. Walking in, the shop smelled like a perfect blend of tobacco, fruit and a slight hint of menthol. Nothing too strong or offensive odors. I was so surprised they were able to remove the cartridge with such ease so I'm bringing my two other Vapes that have just been sitting around in for a little tune up. I don't expect to pay too much for this (maybe $$ range). The prices seem reasonable and I wish I had brought in a little more money with me at the time so I could try some of the custom vape blends. I highly recommend checking it out if you're having some issues with a cart, or are in need of a new place for some custom juice. It could be a little difficult to miss if you are walking around the buildings/suites. There's not a prominent sign yet like the neighboring businesses (at least, that what I was looking for). They do have a sign on the door so you won't miss it :-)

They are very accommodating to the customers and even offer drippers as their test devices instead of the cheap throwaway tanks. They have house juices but I haven't tried them yet....they also offer a bunch of outside vendors juices including a few local makers that I never heard of that were very good. They seem to cater more towards the dripping/sub ohm tank crowd and offer several good options in that area and are still expanding their selection. Nice little shop they've got. TBH it's not going to be my main shop simply because it's 10 minutes out of my way but it'll still get my business.

I called this shop directly, and they assured me they'd already refunded the charges. After an hour and a half of being unable to track my order through the delivery service, I called the shop again and they said they'd only recently begun using the service, and they also weren't sure why I couldn't track the order. They told me that if I was able to pick my order up in person, they would give me a second vape for free, and they were good to their word. Desiree handled the whole issue with genuine care and impeccable customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Smoke n Roll, it's SO rare to receive this level of service, I wish there were more than five stars to give.
