I haven't been here in almost a year, for good reason....but I will try it one more time. The good is that the last 2 times I have been here the employee seemed to know his stuff and didn't try to oversell or anything like that....good customer service IMO. The bad is that both times the juice I purchased was terrible. It was very VERY dark and had a bad aftertaste reminiscent of chemicals. It also completely ruined a coil that I had literally just replaced...BOTH TIMES. After that I said I wouldn't go back but I'll give them 1 more chance....if it's the same, I'll update and never go back. read more

I do believe some items are a bit pricey but that's to be expected from a stand alone toy store. We did purchase two 3-D printed toys. I was hoping to get some more exciting items, but my son has taken a liking to these 3D creatures. They were $17 each, higher than when I've paid most times, but also fairly acceptable in price. The employee working made some small talk, but she wasn't entirely personable. I feel that businesses geared mainly to our children should have employees with bright and bubbly personalities. I understand that's not always a possibility, but I do feel it makes the whole experience better for everybody. The only true con to our experience was that the story reeked of cat urine. They did have the doors open with a fan blowing out, so maybe they're aware and trying to get rid of it, I'm not sure. But it wasn't a pleasant smell at all. With all that being said, we will be back. I've made note of things we plan to buy in the future lol.
