You can claim they have clean coa's all day, but you have to be honest with the customers and let them know there is a huge difference between an unregulated market and a state regulated one. As someone who has worked in both, trying to charge dispensary prices in the hemp market is criminal, especially if you're not one of the three licensed dispensaries in the state of Texas. The cigar dude listened, then recommended a brand because it has been around a long time and was therefore likely something my uncle had sampled before. I'd have been open to buying some fancy Cuban stick, but he recommended something quite reasonable (under $10) and I liked the idea behind it. Picked up three total so my parents can do both options or share with anyone who expresses an interest. I've enjoyed attentive, knowledgeable customer service on both my visits and will return for any smoking needs in my future.
