Avoid this store!! They sell knowingly bad products. I gave them a 2nd chance and the product was defective both times, spent over $60. They were very rude and said I was out of luck. There are many other stores in the area try those. I should have listen to people who told me to avoid this store. read more

The staff bring an amazing energy to the shop, and always go above and beyond for customers. They're knowledgable and understanding with every question you throw at them! All in all, it's a great place with an even better environment! read more

Tldr; Nice environment, people, and stock. Worth the trip Wowza! Think you have to go to Austin for a good head shop? Think again! By far the best shop I've been to in quite some time. Definitely my new go-to. I personally decided to stop by in search of a Vape charger and maybe a bottle of liquid if they were well enough priced. The store was set up nicely with a center area for guests surrounded by glass display cases. A wonderful employee, the pretty girl sporting a pixie, immediately greeted me and asked if there was anything I needed. Upon stating what I needed, she asked to see my battery in order to make sure she provided me with the right charger and continued on to test the charger in front of me so I would know it fit and worked. After that, it was on to liquid. Their two brands (because more is not always better) were VERY well priced between $7.99-$9.99 for a 10 mL bottle. Vapor-Aid, the higher end liquid, had a wonderfully organized tasting bar and the store was well stocked with each flavor in varying nicotine counts. I left with two bottles. read more

Gerrit and Adam are the true definition of great customer service! I was in need of a replacement glass bulb for my baby prince tank and they both made sure i got what i needed! Thank you to both of you!! You guys are awesome!!! Will def be coming back to this store because of them! read more

Bought a puffbar from them for $15, which is already a rip off. After buying it I walked out side to my car where I opened the packaging and then drove away. 2 minutes down the road I try to hit the puffbar and it's completely dead. I immediately turn around to go back to the store and return it for a new one but they have a zero return policy and won't help me out even though it's the same guy I just bought the bar from. So I guess they just stole $15 bucks from me. read more

Awesome shop. Good prices and great selection. Employees were friendly and ready to help.

Don't shop here! There idiots who take advantage of people!! They tow cars and then laugh at your expense. They should be ashamed of themselves! read more

Cool place. Pretty glass! Alex is really nice and helpful!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They made me feel special when others did not. Particularly Raptor Vaporz. They are low priced, knowledgable, helpful, and they also carry the best e-juice in the area. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

Marvelous smoke is one of the most amazing smoke shops i've seen in a long time. It has the best locally made glass. It is beautifully displayed and the prices are great. The owner is very knowledgable about the products and takes care of his customers. Im glad they opened up in my neighborhood and its a plus for the ladies that the owner is super hot!! Too bad he's taken!! read more

I am consistently impressed with Marvelous Smoke. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. Purchased grudge off today, a staff recommendation, and it worked wonders! Thanks Marvelous Smoke! read more

Consider this place the Amazon of everything smoking related. Steven, Jay and the crew are very informed And are happy to educate. Affordable prices depending on the type of piece you acquire however they have a huge local selection of great artists and brands. read more

Amazing service! Huge selection of glass and vape juice with knowledgeable, funny staff. Best shop in town. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. read more

By far my favorite smoke shop in town! The store is set up like a glass gallery where all of the pieces are displayed in cases alongside the name and location of the artist. The staff is knowledgable and unlike some of the other reviews I've always had excellent, friendly customer service. Their prices are equal to if not lower than the price of the same quality products at other shops in town... And might I mention that all of their products are top quality! They have a fantastic new rewards program that's too unbelievable to describe! If nothing else, stop in and ogle the fantastic glass art and pet one of the animals that sometimes come to work with their owner. read more

Absolutely amazing staff! Exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Huge selection of Vape and glass, accessories and more. Not only local but worldwide glass. Truly a breath of fresh air in this very packed market. read more

I found this shop a few years ago while shopping for a vaporizer to quit smoking cigarettes. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and professional but very friendly, it was obvious they love their line of work. The owner, Jay, went out of his way to help me and give me all the information I could possibly need as well as made me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar setting. Since finding this place I won't go anywhere else for my smoke shop needs! Thanks guys for all your hard work! read more

Did not buy anything in the shop but I locked myself out of my car out front and my phone was dead. I went inside to see if I could use a phone to call a locksmith and they all jumped up to help me. One of the dudes even came out with a hanger and tried to help me open my car up himself! When we couldn't get it open they all looked up some locksmiths on their phones to find the cheapest one. One of the guys let me use his phone to coordinate with the locksmith and he came outside TWICE to give me updates on when the locksmith would arrive. Seriously the nicest people ever. Like rare and unwarranted kindness. This place is a gem. I would have been SOL without a phone and a car. I owe these guys a solid. Thanks again boys! read more

Marvelous Smoke has always been the place to stock up on all my essentials. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable on everything that I had questions on. Prices are about the same as other smoke shops. Strangely this place seems to have better items in stock that cater to my needs compared to other smoke shops in town. Would rate 6 stars for the cute pup that tends to be there every so often. Definitely check this place out for all your necessities!! read more

Extremely helpful staff, thanks Jay for bringing me up to speed on the latest and greatest! Very open store layout doesn't feel cramped like some other shops. Great music mix playing to shop by. It's nice to visit my old San Marcos stomping grounds and have a great business like this to pop into every now and then. Very recommended. read more

Man, this is the only shop in town that actually has the what I'm looking for. It's like they're psychic or something. So glad we have a shop like this in San Marcos! Also, the ponytail guy has always been helpful. He's knowledgeable and is always willing to get answers for me, even if he has to do some research and get back to me. I love that I can walk here from my apartment. Great shop!! Keep up the good work!! read more

Probably the worst smoke shop in the entire town. While the quality of the glass is grade A, there is a significant mark up on everything. However, the worst part of the entire store in the staff. The staff are consistently condescending and pretentious. They act as if they're "better" at smoking than you or something. The hippie man with the pony tail is the number one offender. He's obviously a manager at least, maybe even an owner, but definitely should be fired. I get it, you're the king of the local hill. You must think you're some kind of hot shot. I'll never but anything from this store again. read more

Marvelous Smoke was a good experience but the only complaint would have to be the price. Their is no reason a glass piece should cost more then 150 dollars but besides the price everything in the store is perfect. Thank you for giving me a tour of the shop and getting me this dope piece. read more

Best shop from atx to San Antonio they really care about customer service and have no problem replacing defective items like most shops. They are the best!!!! read more

Probably the snobbiest and rudest customer service I have ever received. After spending several hundred dollars there, I returned the next day to EXCHANGE a $14 item but was refused because some pony tailed guy claimed it was used. Said it smelled like illegal substance when I had clearly not used it. I probably wouldn't of been that upset but the manner in how he said it was beyond rude. I'm sure if my money smelled like an illegal substance they would of taken it. This store obviously does not care about customer retention and therefore does not care about overcharging on their products and/or not standing by them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is a really cool shop with a lot of high quality glass. The last time I went in there the guy, who I assume runs the place, was acting like a child. He was being rude and did not seem interested in my inquires. He was not helping at all, and when I asked him certain questions he would respond rudely with answers like "I guess". I really hate when employees treat customers like idiots and make no attempt to help whatsoever. Just because you work around cool glass-work doesn't mean you can treat customers like crap... read more
