I appreciated the knowledge regarding different products however returns and refunds were not an option within 10 minutes of purchasing. I bought a MiO vape pen and some juice. Within the first few puffs the smoke began burning my throat so I called asking for an exchange or refund. I was told that I smoked it too early and the juice needed to settle. The sales clerk explained that the box stated waiting 10 minutes after adding juice or you burn the cotton. I was offered the option of purchasing another pen, but that their hands were tied when it came to a refund or exchange. I re-read the products box/instructions and the label actually says to discard the pen after 5-8x use because the device will eventually lose its flavor potency, not the clerks original explanation of "it says wait 5-10 minutes. Lots of vape shops offer refunds and exchanges on defective devices, this one does not. And yes, I always keep it polite. read more

I am relatively new to the Kyle area and generally would travel to South Austin for my Vape supplies. After my visit to Vaper Basics, I am happy to know I do not need to drive 30-45 minutes away(depending on traffic arrrrrh) When we walked in, we were immediately greeted with friendly staff. My wife and I were in need of a new device and we were both blown away by the knowledge presented. We walked in confused(ish), and walked out semi pros! We both got great devices at a fair market price. Their juice is lab made, but they have seemingly HUNDREDS of flavors to choose from! I highly recommend this shop and will be traveling their for all my vape needs! read more

Absolue n00b here besides some knowledge from a friend. Walked in and was greeted by Kenn in a very friendly and warm manner. First impressions, right? Well the first impression of friendly and warm didn't wear off at all. I'm very pleased and impressed with my visit. Best customer service I've experienced at a vapeshop. I've been to larger and more established shops from here to Dallas and have not gotten this quality of customer care. Very knowledgable staff and fair prices. While they had every liquid I inquired about in stock, they were short one 'Space Jam Astro' when I asked for three. For the inconvenience I was given the 'Ultimate Vapor Banana Berry Blast' I asked for, for free. As a plus they also carry varieties of wire and cotton. Finding the location once you arrive at the address can be a bit confusing but there is a sign pointing you in the right direction. Just make sure to take the pathway on the right. Just discovered this awesome vape shop in Kyle. Great little location with easy parking. I went in to upgrade my mod for something with longer battery life and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Absolutely outstanding selections of high quality mods, tanks and accessories. Very large selection of eliquid as well. I was incredibly surprised how well stocked this shop was. The convenience of having something like this in Kyle is great. I was also really surprised by how reasonable the prices were. No crazy markups at all despite the convenience of being located in Kyle. I will most definitely be returning! Went in to buy my first vape. This guy was a complete fucking prick that I just walked out. Tried asking him questions and he would just answer them like I was an idiot. Wouldn't explain anything very well. Just short. Very socially awkward or just an ass? Couldn't tell ya. Maybe both. I went into the store new to the vapor game and was met with a smile and a handshake. Ken explained the basics to me and sold me a great Smok Pen 22 for a more than fair price. I was blown away by the number of flavors available. Ken walked me through the flavors and sold me two great starter bottles. He was beyond professional and the store is clean and organized. He tries and suckering people in by saying that he'll give you a 10% discount if you come back but really that 10% discounted price is still over the price that it should be other places sell for so much cheaper. He has even admitted to me that he has sold stuff to them knowing they wouldn't like it and that they would come back to buy something more expensive . Save yourself stay away from this prime example of "hey I know what I'm saying and you don't, therefore I'm gonna overcharge the crap out of you" 10/10 would rather drown in lava then go back.
