I had the pleasure of visiting this shop for the first time on my last trip up to Austin. I had saw some buzz on facebook and I was very curious. It was my first time at ACL and well I wanted to be cool. I had heard about these e-cigs/vapors. It reminded me very much of a hookah, but portable. I love all the different flavors so I was very intrigued. My hotel was just down the street from this particular shop and they were going to have their soft opening Saturday morning. I figured I'd check it out and see what they had to offer. If I saw something I liked I'd have myself some fun at ACL!!! I stepped in a little before they were officially ready to open, but the owners/employees were nice enough to let me in and preview the joint. I ended up trying out a wide variety of flavors at their tasting station. They have tips so you can take it off and try as many flavors as you like before purchasing. I fell in love with the Space Jam - Astro. So I decided to go ahead and purchase one of their basic intro packages. They were having all kinds of specials the first day so I ended up getting another flavor too. The build out is very sleek. On the quest to quit smoking, I decided to get back into the vape game. I dropped in on a Sunday and Andrew took great care in getting me setup with my Alien starter kit, batteries, charger and juice. He's very knowledgeable and is willing to help where he can. Where do i start! Too many good things going on here :) First, I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable vaper - I own a variable watt device, a mod and also coil/rebuild my own atomizers plus know about the laws of electricity (ohms,series,parallel etc) There's a couple of folks I've interacted with here, the sales guy - really knows his eliquids (sorry i forgot everyone's names!). Then two of the managers I believe (maybe even owners, I dont know). These two cats are very, knowledgeable and customer focused. They will show you everything you are interested in and has zero problems spending time to break it down for you. Products they sell: Think whole foods vs walmart :) This is the best place for a new vaper - you want to start off with the best possible eliquids, hardware and SUPPORT! This is also a great place for experienced vapers - they have top of the line mods, VVs and there's even a table where people rebuild stuff (I think). I also heard through the grapevine that advanced vapers who work in other vape stores come here to shop :) Let's go back to the eliquids - TOP NOTCH, best I've ever had period. They don't make them in-house and that is a good thing (ie; people coughing on your juice, dirty hands, whatever...). Instead, they research the best juices in the country and sell them. It's not as cheap as the other stores who make their own but let me tell you from experience: I would rather buy a $12 small bottle of the good stuff and be sure I use all of it, than 2 bottles for the same price that will sit in my shelf for months because I got tired of the flavor. Believe me, I have at least 15 bottles from the other stores just sitting here. I tasted them instore, bought a bottle and it tasted different from what I tasted in the store. It's gotten so bad, I would never buy a bottle bigger than the small one. Thats not the same story here... In my last 2 visits, I've purchase 2 bottles of their big juices because the taste is exactly the same when I take it home. I came in today planning on buying just one juice. Came out with 2 bottles and the Nautilus atomizer. They demo'd it to me and I got one, took it home and it is absolutely fantastisch! Beats my rebuilds and may even be better than my dripper (maybe I dont know how to coil that good yet but anyways..). Tip: if you are a new vaper, try to go during slow hours to make sure you get all the attention you need. Vaping requires a learning curve and these guys can show you everything you need to learn to start out. Only thing I can think of that can be better is to have more flavors available in smaller bottles. I personally like buying 3-4 different flavors and can't commit to just buying big bottles... Oh, and before you give them anything less than 5 stars, call them. I'm sure they will make it right for you. Peace! read more

Great staff, service, and products. They have everything you need from beginners to more advanced users. This is one of the few stores in Austin that actually have high end models especially for a decent price. They also provide help with repairs and not much of a wait to get helped. (Placed was packed but every customer was being helped with a staff member). This place is awesome! Got there 15 minutes before closing cause they were the only place that had the Pyrex I needed (cause I'm an idiot and broke mine) for my Kanger mini protank 2 ... Also when I called looking for the part he immediately knew exactly what I needed and confirmed that he had it within a few seconds - AND had it in his hand when I walked in the front door 5 minutes later. In addition to what I came for, he helped me out with my defective coil, and I ended up grabbing some extra tips for it too. Alan made sure everything was working perfectly with my setup before I left even though by that time they were closing. They have a nice selection of juices & he was sooo helpful & let me try a few ..again, after they had just closed for the night. I got everything I came in for & more - for a great price. He was also totally cool with splitting up the total so I could pay some cash & some on my debit card. I will absolutely be back, and bringing more business through recommendations & the cards he gave me. Marshall is the best!!!! I am new to the vape world (smoke blu's but never any type of mod) and I'd be lying if I said that I was kinda intimidated to go in a vape shop. So I brought a friend who was just as clueless as I am and laid it out for Marshall by telling him that we knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about mods, how to refill mods, how they work, etc. Marshall walked us through each and every step and made sure we not only got what we needed to vape- but also showed us how to use each part and intro tricks to the trade. Even showed us how to fill our tanks (dirty) after we picked a mod/flavors we liked. We (my friend and i) couldn't have had a better experience. I never felt pressured to buy anything or buy anything at a higher price point because I could tell that Marshall was genuinely more concerned that we truly liked what we bought. Vapor logic was the first vape store I've ever been to, so I really didn't know what to expect. When I first walked in, I was surprised to see how trendy the store was. It almost looked like a bar. I was really impressed with the ambiance. The staff was so friendly, enthusiastic ,and extremely knowledgable about all their products. As a first time vape shopper, it's important to me to talk with someone that knows their products so that they can help guide me towards the right things the buy. I I hate buying products that don't work for me. They understood what I wanted, so that my new vape journey would be successful. I didn't have to waste time with things I didn't want or need. They really educated me on how the whole vaping experience works. A month later I went to another vape shop closer to me because I didn't have time to get to vapor logic. Their store was nice, but I didn't get that friendly service I received at vapor logic. I almost felt intimidated being there. The biggest difference I noticed was the quality of their products (juice and tanks) compared to vapor logic. Vapor logic's juice was considerably higher quality in flavor, kick, etc. I won't waste time anymore going to other vape stores. I was not hopeful of Vapor Logic at first since the options available in Houston are scarce in terms of end game vape stores. When I walked in and saw the mechanical mod case I was blown away. At first I was skeptic because of the countless shops in Texas selling clones...let alone even having a single Nemesis. The employees treated us with respect and helped us out with testing the entire juice bar on a one on one experience. After chatting a bit with the guys they promised they could help me remove my Kayfun that had been stuck to my chi-you for about 4-5 months. They even showed me the equipment they have on site to do just that. So the next day I went back in to put the Vapor Logic guys to the test. They were able to successfully remove the Kayfun without damaging anything after about an hour and a half!!! During my wait for the Vapor Logic guys to remove the Kayfun, I had the pleasure of speaking to Victor..whom I did not know was one of the owners until I asked for his business card. I have a lot of respect for Victor because he runs in the vape crowd and knows some of the mod designers like Kato! Victor also helped me fill in the gaps of my knowledge of the history of the vape game as it used to be and how came to be today. I am confident this is by far the most high end vape shop in Texas that I will be visiting regularly on my visits to ATX. These guys keep it fresh without the b/s. read more

The staff was super helpful. The prices are fair & the customer loyalty rewards are good. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was sold a Smok X-Priv Baby vape with the guarantee it wouldn't leak--and it does...all the time, in every position, at every temperature, whether it's being used or not being used. That's not Vapor Logic's fault, but it is their product and I would have appreciated a little more transparency if they knew they were prone to these issues. I did come back & bring the leaking and popping issue to their attention, the gentleman who sold me the setup informed me Smok had good customer service and I should try contacting them. I was visiting austin for a bit and ran into a vapor logic. Vaping is really big in LA so i wanted to check if this vape shop even compare to the ones over in my area. Allan helped me out and showed me all of their selection. I was suprised that they have one of the craziest selection of high end mods I've ever seen. Wonderful customer service, great products. I was greeted right as I walked in. What I like about this boutique is that they carry a wide variety of juices, many flavors to choose from. I love how dense the smoke is when I puff it out. It looks very cool and you can see how rich the quality is. You can sample as many flavors as you want. Bought the Logic vape leaf capsules and was very disappointed. The battery doesn't seem to be strong enough to heat the capsules and that's on a full charge. One needs to have the lungs of a vacuum cleaner even to get some semblance of a decent hit. Needs more refinement! Ralph C. read more
