For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful so I started going there regularly and recently even signed up for their rewards program but then they sold me a vape that didn't work. When I went to ask them about it, their response was basically that I'm s#*r out of luck. Literally even a small trivial attempt for an obviously loyal customer would have gone a long way. I had an outstanding experience buying (2) 18650 Samsung batteries here today. I'm not sure exactly what time it was but it was probably between 2:30 and 3pm. The guy that helped me could not have provided better customer service and he was very pleasant in general. Pleasant isn't a word that I use often and I can admit that I am not the nicest person, but this dude made my day. He said and did all of the right things. I typically only write reviews when I get bad service, and you can verify that by looking at my other reviews, but this dude needs a raise or, at minimum, a couple of paid days off. It's people like him that makes me want to continue shopping at the same place. This dude is great for business and y'all should do everything that y'all can to make him a manager, if he isn't already, or help him start his own store, if that's what he wants to do. There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from and you do not have to put nicotine in it at all if you just like the idea of vaping. I decided to check it out as they had good reviews, it's very convenient to peeps in North Austin (very close for me) and it's hard to say no to their special - 2 30ml bottles o' juice for $20 (hope they still have it when you call/visit). I was very glad that I did! Very helpful and friendly staff - I met CJ, Earl and Delia - they were all very friendly. I like that in a store! They also seem to treally know their stuff about vaping.
