New store is clean, central location with ample parking. Store is bright inside and staff is friendly. Came in looking to see what types of Cigars they sell. Selection of cigars was decent, but they did not carry what we were looking for. Large selection of glass pipes, flavored cigars and that kind of stuff.....while I am not a buyer of the majority what they offer. Great selection! Found exactly what I needed. great staff too very knowledgeable and this place is on my way home from work.

They have a great product selection but overcharge dramatically. Same product I can purchase for $35 at one shop is $75 at this shop. Employees are rude saying that the other products I purchase from elsewhere are fake. The product is $35 on the manufacturer website. This place is a brand spanking new smoke shop. The accessories they have are gorgeous. The glass pipes, vapes, papers, all good. They even have a CBD line--which I haven't tried yet, but I imagine it would come in handy with some ongoing pain that I have. I walked in asking for help and both employees were on their phones. It took them 5 minutes to help me and I was the only person in the store but glass Quality is even worse than the customer service. Purchased two nectar collectors and both melted away after one use. Not one session, one use. When I talked to the manager, she acted like she was going to try to solve the solution. Then just told me all sales are final. Zero resolution to bad quality and customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to a different head shop. read more

Went in to grab some vape juice, manager recommended some Naked Lemon. Got home and realized it was expired (this month to be exact). Tasted awful. Went back to get an exchange and they told me to take it up with Naked because they just bought the product. Check the expiration date of any juice you buy here. read more

Been coming to this smoke store since they opened and had nothing but good experience there. Good spot for smoke needs but new staff employed there aren't very nice or welcoming. Went to buy one single Backwood which came out to $1.95 when the employee told me there was a $2 dollar card limit with no signs saying so. It sucks when you go to a place and spend so much money there and they can't look out for 5 cents. So just be aware of card limit even tho there's no signs saying there is. read more

If i could give lower i would AVOID THIS SHOP. This was the rudest experience ever at a smoke shop, after being told to check the vape before leaving for defects. I check it and low and behold it tastes disgusting and burnt out (never had that with an esco bar). When I let them know they refuse to replace it. And when I ask for a number to talk to owner about their replacement policy I was told "there is none take it up with esco bar it's their problem not ours." Another employee arrives "if you got beef take it up with me" and all around the employees escalated it to an argument even after I made it clear I had no issues with them only the policy. I've never dealt with such an unfriendly smoke shop which sucks because I had numerous good experiences. read more

I would never go to this place again the manager (Hispanic lady with bleached hair) is super rude and angry. I purchased an item and paid for it however at the counter I looked at it and noticed it was the wrong item once I found the right item she would not exchange the other but wanted to charge me again for a new one although neither had been opened. Had to call the owner in order for me to get an exchange however I was told by the manager lady that my business was not needed. Make this place your very last resort. read more

I purchased my third caliburn vape from this same location, not because the first two were faulty but Bc i lose things. Perfect customer, right? We'll as i said, i purchased another one an hour ago yet this one was defective. I immediately return to the store, same staff as before and they tell me there is nothing they will do about it. I explained how trouble shot the problem with other pods previously purchased from here and the device continues to malfunction. The staff here are as knowledgeable as they are friendly. They didn't have a brand of cigar that I enjoy on occasion but they are taking the steps to get them. How awesome is that! They're inventory is huge... you could really spend a lot of time there discovering and learning. And by the way, they don't mind giving lessons to you on their products...very helpful! read more
