This is one of the best vape shops I found in Austin. They have plenty of coils I can get and their e-juice is awesome!

I don't often feel inclined to shitpost a store for one bad employee, but the night manager Ashley…read morehas brought me across the threshold. My question to Ashley was "what is vape flavoring made of?" Her only reply was "it is flavored with PG."  Good 'ole PG - the colorless, odorless, virtually tasteless liquid, happens to be the Everlasting Gobstopper of vape additives.  The appropriate answer would've been, "I don't know, let me find out from someone."  I tried politely rephrasing this simple question twice over. This one tastes like blueberries - is it made with actual blueberries, I asked. "It's just PG blueberry," she said.  Then she tried insulting me by asking if I could  "name the thousands of chemicals in an American Spirit?" ...an irrelevant and factually innacurate assertion about my favorite cigarette.  "PG is approved by the FDA, if that makes [me] feel better?"  It doesn't, because my question wasn't about the laughable safety standards of the FDA, whom also regulate cigarettes and toxic food pesticides. PG is so magical, so "coolio," as Ashley would say, just before she fills up my fiancé's vape to "get it nice and juicy for [him]."  With side-eye, she then asks me if she should stop mixing my order? Too bad she didn't want to make it nice and juicy for me, too. She's here six days a week, folks, including tomorrow as mentioned to my fiancé, when he said he'd probably be back for the inevitable replacement vape. She's very available in case he wants to come by and hear her golden nuggets of wisdom.  Someone should notify her the coquette nit-in-booty-shorts sales tactics are for the strip clubs and gullible single dudes.  Ignorance is forgivable; an ignorant rote response, overt with wrongfully held condescension, is not.  She was so rude, sassy, and weirdly flirtatious with a taken man. Her complete deficit of professionalism was the first thing he noted when we stepped out of the store. It wasn't just me. Food grade flavor additive is mixed with a PG base, Ashley. "Knowledge is power," as she had patronizingly reminded me. The shop itself is nice and has a robust and tasty flavor selection. The other staff I interacted with were pleasant. A mistake was made by letting this chick represent a product meant to be consumed by adults.

Recently, I have had a hard time finding a good vape shop. There's a LOT of vape stores here in the Austin metro area, and there are a lot of good vape stores. Some deliver. Some have great stock. Some have really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Some are clean and well kept. Some are well organized. It's hard to find a store with several of these attributes at once. There's always a sacrifice. While I don't know if Cloudhouse delivers, they certainly earned by business. The store is gorgeous: clean, well stocked, and well organized. It *smells* right - that mix of vape flavors mingling in the air, but it's not heavy or overpowering. The staff are great. Patient, knowledgeable, and full of useful recommendations. Alyssa helped my girlfriend a week or so ago when she went and grabbed me some juice and coils, and then helped me today when I needed a new tank and or order a new mod. The one I wanted wasn't in stock, but there were a LOT of mods in stock and on display. I wanted something they had sold out of and would be getting more of later. I got juice, a new tank, and a pack of coils for a fair price. Their selection of both premium and house juices is vast. I'm sure there are places that have more, but not one I've run across in the last couple of years. I am very impressed with the quality of their house juice - the flavors are amazing and fairly priced for the quality. Well worth visiting and shopping at. Their parking lots is small, and it's hard to get up to the door if you have mobility impairment, but it's worth the extra work to trudge up the ramp. Once inside the store, there is more than enough room, and plenty of comfortable ways for anyone and everyone to get access to products and assistance. I am very pleased with my experience there.

Horrible horrible shop with uninformed employees, one by the name of Tyler. I have severe PTSD and…read morehave to take certain precautions when shopping as a result. I've been shopping at this location for a while now but today I walked in and this store's arrogant employee tried to tell me it's against the to law for me to wear face masks in shops. I immediately corrected him as I have been surviving my PTSD for 3 years now this way. I promptly corrected this new employee about the law and it's not his place to lie about what the law is. So then Tyler switched it up and said "well it's store policy." I asked for the manager and he instead said that I can leave or he'll call the police - because I wanted to talk to his manager for his horrible service. This is not how you treat customers, especially when that customer is exercising his or her personal liberties. Way to go with the new employee Drip. I'll be telling all the people that I have recommended Drip N' Rip to go elsewhere. Texas has an overabundance of similar shops popping up. I'll find a better one that treats their customers with some appreciation for their business. 11/03/2025 Follow Up (see image): I love when a company has an employee who abuses a customer and then the company comes back to blame the victim in the situation. Is the owner of Drip N' Rip a domestic abuser too? Is it illegal for me to wear PRESCRIPTION GLASSES into a store? Is it illegal to wear a hoodie into a store? Is it illegal to wear face coverings into a store? No! None of these apply to your attempt to gaslight me with your placating response. The law is that one needs to be 21 to enter your shop and, most importantly, to make purchases. The LAW ONLY requires one to prove that they are of age; there are no stipulations on how one needs to dress. Your associate didn't ask me for any sort of identification. Your associate began yelling at me about how I was dressed. None of your other employees, at this or any other location, have ever done that. Had your associate asked for ID, I understand the business needing to CYA and I would have had no issue pulling out my ID and identifying myself. THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED THOUGH. In fact, there was at least 1 customer who walked in right before I did and I think 1 or 2 just after. Tyler didn't yell at them for ID. Tyler didn't yell at anyone other than me. And, he didn't yell at me for identification. Further, he also didn't ask for ID from the 2 people he rang up while I was waiting EITHER. I wonder if your "camera footage" caught that. I bet Dan Patrick would like to review that security footage. And oh look, we have time stamps of where on the tapes he needs to look too. Stop making excuses for your associate's abuse and your failure to properly train him. Tyler didn't even know the name of the owner, let alone his own manager - and I asked. In fact, if you were actually a professional so worried about customer service and its impact on your business, you'd take more note of the fact that your associate behaved in such a manner instead of trying to make yourself look better with this ridiculous follow-up. Tyler was left to man your shop all by himself. He obviously is not mature enough for such responsibilities and was overwhelmed with all of the people in the store - what was there 6 to 10 at the time? Tyler decided to take his day out on me directly. Your employee was already overwhelmed from his workload and lack of support from the management that, he took his first opportunity to explode. And explode he did - INSTANTLY. That's bad training and more importantly, bad management. But, make yourself feel better about your lack of service and blame the disabled customer only in your shop because of his disability. That's top notch service there. I repeat, I WILL NOT BE BACK and I will tell every person I know, wherever possible, to not do business with Drip N' Rip. Bigger companies than yours thought they could treat customers badly and are long gone. Keep up with your lack of service and you'll go the way of the rest - especially with your little blame the customer response below. It doesn't take much for small business such as yours to go under. Bad service is a surefire way. I intend to help and make sure everyone knows how you treat disabled people and then blame them for your mistakes.

Great vape shop, huge selection, great prices. Very knowledgeable staff. Am never disappointed.read more
