I really like this place and appreciate them being local and, more than that, offering veterans a small discount to help us out. The Berry Mint liquid that was made there was really pretty good and convenient to get, but as one person already mentioned, $28 for for 60ml of juice is more than I would pay for 2 bottles including shipping ( maybe w/o the "fee" now ) delivered to my home from an online source. I do like to buy local and plan to buy from there again, BUT it will definitely not be as often as I do from the online sources due only to price. I have been going here for about a year. Not only me,but my husband and mom. I had never had a problem until today. My mom who is 66 bought a new smoker a week ago and it quit working. She went in several times for help and every time the "women" were there and told her she needed to cone back when the owner was there and refused to help her. Every time my mom would go in the owner was never there, even when she was told he would be. Long story short, my mom was called a bi$ch today by an employee there. I have been in customer service for over 20 years, no matter who is at fault you never treat your customers like that. So, you have lost the business of our entire family. I would like to change my mind about my review, the first time I went I was treated good by a guy, I think owner. The next several times ,,the girls there are non responsive or helpful at all! They are in back, gossiping, talking, laughing, but never notice me if it wasn't for help at door with a bell, like for a dog. They never answer my questions & if I as a question, they give a brief Idk & I ask for manager who helped me before & they say they don't know! What no cell phones when a customer has a very important question y can't answer? The They look at eachother, laugh & leave me at register to continue gossip! What terrible service! I will go back to R.R & go the extra mile to people who care about others needs & I guess y guys just want to get paid to gossip & watch tv! I've been to just about all the vape shops in the local area and I can confidently say this by far the best one. If you've ever gone to a vape shop and felt out of place because you didn't know everything there is to know about vaping, come here just once. Nate and Justin are some very cool, knowledgeable guys that welcome the opportunity to educate and build relationships with new customers. Anytime I go there I always get sucked into just hanging out and talkin with them. Their juices are delicious and made in house so they can make ANY nic level you want. Whenever I want to try a new flavor I just tell Nate to give me whatever he recommends and I usually end up going with his recommendation. Prices are cheaper than any other vape store I've been to and they offer a refillable juice container that makes the prices even cheaper. This is hands down my one and only go to shop. read more

First time going there was unpleasant and uninviting. The guy who was the co-owner wasn't very helpful and couldn't wait to be done with our transaction . I bought some juice( which I really liked) and a few other accessories to get back in to vaping and put down the cigs. So that juice that I mentioned before was great (a bit pricey) so I was willing to over look the poor customer service. I run out of e-juice and go back for some more of the same and didn't try it till I got home and it was absolutely disgusting. Called them immediately and they said bring it back. Swapped it out and its still terrible. Ive cleaned my device twice and it still tastes as if Im vaping straight perfume!!!! I won't be going back ever again! read more

Couldn't wait to get out sooner. My friend and I were greeted with unwelcoming glares from staff. I asked if they had a menu of flavors, they didn't, then they have you to charge a penny for each flavor you sample, which isn't a big deal, just kinda silly. (Oh well, I never sample anyway) The point there being that I walk in not even knowing what flavors they had available, so I just randomly picked their best seller. I buy it for the sake of me needing juice, only to realize 30ml of house juice is 18.99, where as most places charge around 15.99. Leave the store, fill my tank only to notice it's practically gas station strawberry and watermelon mixed together at a low nic level, Max PG. Just take a couple miles west down the 79 to Drip N Rip, for much better product. read more
