I went to get my juice today only to find that this location was no longer there--no note or notification about a new spot. I drove all the way to the Austin location, which thankfully is still open, and they mentioned a new Leander/Cedar Park location will be opening soon, so I should keep checking the website. They do offer delivery if you're in range, and luckily, we are, so I'll have it delivered until a new location opens. If they don't reopen in the Leander area, I'll just order online and have it delivered. This is the only place I will buy juice. read more

If I could give ZERO, I would. I normal don't mind going to this franchise company, but this particular location is the worst. The staff there are careless and gives out the wrong product when asked. I went in to get coils for my vape and specifically gave out a number and they gave me the wrong ones. The workers there are incompetent and rude. I've been coming here for about a year and every time I go in the staff is more then amazing. They always greet you kindly the second you walk in the door even if they are super busy. They are extremely knowledgeable and can help you if you don't know what you're looking for. The managers are more then helpful whenever I've had an issue with a device. Yesterday is what really inspired me to write this review. I wish I got her name but one of the young ladies working (blonde) was helping me. I went in to get some cartridges for my smok. They were unfortunately out of the kind that I use and she offered me an extra one she had in her purse!! You don't get that kind of customer service at most places especially not any vape shop I've ever been to. Also their juice is the best to be honest! I dig this place so far. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue I had was when i needed to try a few flavors to see if i wanted to purchase a bottle the system was a total failure. They had a little piece that you tried your hardest to vape to no evail. Therefore I could not actually try the flavors other than tasting it on my fingertip. And of course when i purchased it and tried it in my vape it did not taste as i was expecting.. if i would have been able to try it out before hand i probably would not have bought it. I will still try other flavors before I think ill find the right one for me. On the plus side I got a free birthday house juice for my birthday and they had all coils in stock unlike other places i have been to. I only wish they would get quality mouthpieces and a quality vape system to actually try the flavors out before buying them otherwise it's a pretty awesome shop! read more

Well I used to shop at Cloudhouse on 183 in Cedar Park frequently and never had any real problems beyond being creeped out by an employee that behaved like someone on speed or something (speaking rapidly, shaky hands, sniffling, you catch my drift...)Anyhoo that's speculation. The FACTS are that there used to be a shop across the street called Phantom Vapor. I was in Phantom one day when a group of guys came walking across the street from cloudhouse into Phantom asking questions about prices and inventory. The owner basically told them to buzz off unless they needed something. I was, at first shocked by his response to these guys then he told me that it wasn't the first or second time they had come from across the street asking questions about his products and going back across the street to Cloudhouse. I went into Phantom a few days later and it had been robbed of about 80% of the inventory. The perps had broken a window in the back of the shop to gain entry. He unfortunately didn't have cameras installed at the time so was never able to identify the thieves and eventually had to close his shop a few months later because he was never able to recover from the robbery. Well, now there's a new vape shop in that same shopping center called Flawless. I was in there the other day and asked the employee if they've had any trouble from the guys across the street at all. He said some guys from Cloudhouse were taking pictures of their advertising flags and mannequin (I'm thinking one of those inflatable Gumby guys that flap In the wind) and turned the pics in to the city and reported Flawless for having their flags in front of their store after 5:00 pm (this is apparently a violation). I refuse to spend another hard earned dollar in Cloudhouse where they are apparently so intimidated by competition that they'll resort to possible criminal activity and bullying tactics to get rid of the competition. I think any company that has quality products, knowledgeable staff and good customer service usually has a winning combo that keeps customers coming back. The kicker is that I actually enjoyed their flavors and they have good hours too. I drive out of my way now to avoid going to Cloudhouse. read more

I went into Cloudhouse for the first time a few days ago. I've got a few shops I frequent regularly and I decided I'd try this one out. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. I bought a coil there and a few liquids. The coil I got was a dud and I realize that just happens sometimes. I just wish I'd switched them out at the store instead of waiting to get home. I will go back to Cloudhouse for their liquids though. I really enjoy the few I bought. read more
