It's a good place! But let me start off with the few cons. Their juice is a little pricey. I got a 15ml bottle of High Voltage for like 16.99 + tax. I could get a 30ml bottle of pretty decent house juice from The Vapor Project for that price. They do have a nice DIY juice bar, but it really does help to have plenty of premade stock for those times when you just need to pop in and grab a bottle. Having said that, I give serious props to Peace Pipe for their store and for their customer service. I was immediately greeted by Haley and Jessie, two very funny ladies. We not only talked at length about vaping, but also about Tesla. They were very friendly and pretty cool. The store is very clean and organized. They have a small selection of vaporizers, and what seems like a very sizeable selection of mizeable flavors. As for their prebottle juices, I can totally vouch for Suicide Bunny. I tried some of the High Voltage flavors, eventually buying Transformer, but after a few days I don't think I'm too pleased with them. Though it is interesting to note that there flavors are infused, either with caffeine or even, get this, melatonin. Freaking melatonin vape, to help you sleep. I might get some of that just to try it. I can't vouch for Illuminati just yet. So yeah, maybe a bit lax on the selection and a bit steep on the prices, but they more than make up for it with a well organized store and awesome customer service. I have been going to peace pipe since they opened. I am so happy about the new ownership. Desiree and Jeremy are doing a great job. Everything they sell is tried out and researched before selling. They are not getting the credit they deserve. She will order and help you with anything you need and u can guarantee that it is quality stuff. I don't know how drip n rip is even getting away with the things they are doing and selling over there, but if you want a personal experience with great product and customer service. I used to be a customer here for almost 2 years but my wife and I happen to be going to the habitat for humanity next door which did not have any open parking spots. We respected the vast number of empty parking spots with signs for reserved parking and parked in an area with no signs. After getting out of the car, we were met with a not so kind employee telling us we had to move our car and that we aren't aloud to park there. I understand that they probably get a decent amount of people parking on their lot but the attitude that was used towards us ensures that I will never be going there again. read more

I used to really enjoy this Vape store until today. They open at 10:00 am M-Sat. I pulled up early and waited about 15 min for them to open. I watched the owner and her employee arrive to work. Once it was 10am they both preceded to walk to their cars and drive away, with one of them telling me, "we are running errands and will be back soon". This is a terrible business model. Love them! I've been in a few times over the past several weeks, and they have always been extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) patient. Before we knew there was a vape store in the area, we bought our starter kits on-line. I wish we had known Peace Pipe was nearby. The folks in the store have been wonderful. They take time with each customer to find out what you have, what you're looking for, what kind of flavors you like, what strengths, and what blends you prefer. I told a member of the staff I wasn't really happy with the throat hit on the juice I was using (which I bought somewhere else). She asked what I smoked before vaping, what I liked, what hit I'm looking for, and then customized a blend to get me what I wanted. Some places mix their juices 50/50, Peace Pipe starts at 60/40, and mine are now blended to 80/20, which gives me exactly the hit I want, taste I want, and a perfect amount of vapor. I love their flavor variety, and the fact that each bottle is blended in front of you. I have not had a problem with their juices fading or not giving enough vapor. Unlike another vape place (in Round Rock), I don't have to "take a number and wait" at Peace Pipe. I am greeted as a friend as soon as I open the door. If they're busy I'm told someone will be with me quickly. I have walked in to Peace Pipe when it was packed full of people, and I've never had to wait very long. The only thing I would change about Peace Pipe is that I think they could use a larger space. That might be coming soon, but I don't think it will change the atmosphere or attitude of the folks in the shop. read more

Well I've been going to Peace Pipe since they opened and I'll say this, they are falling apart. When they opened there were older people in there that actually cared about customer service and took the extra time to make sure you needs were meet. Now that they have expanded to a bigger store they are bringing some younger workers that don't know or even care about what they are doing. The last 4 or 5 times I've gone in just for more liquids or cartomizers(simple stuff) the young staff is very short and it's apparent that they don't care about your needs and just want you to buy and leave. After that less the friendly visit I'd get all the way home just to find out that the kid grabbed the completely wrong items that I needed and that meant I couldn't do any vaping until I get back in town the next day. I'm still rating 2 stars just because you can go in there a couple of days and the older workers who have been there since the beginning are in there and the experience is great. Hopefully they can realize their cheaper labors' with no customer service respect are going to run off their customers. P.S.- The Peace Pipe Signature Blend is amazing. Give it a try. read more

Also Not every employees know how device and atomizer work which I find it funny. Stopped in, excited to learn that G'town had a vaping store, when I ran out of juice and my online order hadn't arrived yet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I give them props for that as so many people are new to vaping and have lots of questions for them. I picked out three bottles of juice, which they blend and jar on the spot for you. Three 10ml bottles was on special for $20 + tax. I pay about half that when that ordering online, but the convenience of a local store is appealing. Unfortunately we really don't care for their juices. They lack significant flavor, very minimal throat hit, and almost no vapor. We let them steep, tried them in several e-cigs, and they're just not up to par with what one can order online for much less. But again, if you want a local option, which I do appreciate, this store had great customer service and a nice selection so I would not hesitate to suggest a stop in to see what you think. Every batch of juice is different and tastes vary, so your experience of their juice may well be different! read more

For service alone they get 5 stars. Always a friendly greeting and eager to help you (no pressure though) Very knowledgeable about their product, how it works, how to fix etc etc. I am a non-smoker but I am excited to try this, as you can get an oil w/o the nicotine. I got one of these for my husband, and he loves it. Within a week, he had already stopped coughing and could taste and smell things he couldn't before. He does not even miss the cigarettes. They keep your info on file with you nicotine levels and previous flavor choices in case you forget. They have a huge variety of flavors, from regular cigarettes and cigars, to fun flavors like cherry blow pop and pineapple upside down cake. From what I can tell, it is pretty reasonable compared to smoking. One little bottle will last my husband nearly a month at the cost of around $8-9. In a month my husband used to spend about $140-$150 in cigarettes. As I said, I am a non-smoker, but I have tried my husbands vapor pipe.... the Tuscan (cuban) cigar is delicious and smooth, and smells great too! The juice here is extremely over priced and always gunks my coils within a few days. I may have been spoiled with the other vape shops I have gone to when I lived in Las Vegas, but the customer service is not very good either. The first time I went here, I asked for some kind of carmel flavor and the girl working said she had a good idea. She came back with some kind of strawberry that I really hated (didn't try it until I got home so didn't even realize it was strawberry). I made the mistake to go back a second time and ended up paying $20 for 30ML of juice that I just absolutely hate. The herakles coil I bought also didn't work (not really their fault). I don't like that you aren't offered a sample of the juice, and it really doesn't seem like they care whether you will like the flavor or not. I was a long time customer who used to love them and not worry about how over priced they are. But now they have the most rude person working there that I can no longer go there. This is my second time to encounter her rudeness. I'll drive any distance to avoid this store from now on. I was a regular customer who forgave them once for her but not this time. The sweet little receptionist witnessed the rude exchange. I hope she's brave enough to speak up. I was only asking for information. I did not ask for a refund nor an exchange. In Round Rock they solved my issue with a smile, great service and lower prices. So I drive a few miles. It will be worth it. There is no excuse for someone to be that rude. I'm glad there is a vapor shop in Georgetown. It would be my goto if their prices were more realistic. Pretty steep mark up compared to other shops. On the positive side, their juices are great, and priced well. Since they aren't premixed you can modify them anyway you like. I've gone to Peace Pipe Vapor several times, including the trip that was my first experience with ecigs. I looked around and one lady told me what people usually start with. Aside from that they gave me no info as a new user. I came home, got on YouTube to find out how to proceed. I usually order online from Ion Vapor in Austin which is wonderful and ships orders quickly.Prices are much better at Ion and they have specials often. I only go to Peace Pipe if I run out of juice before my next Ion order. They just aren't helpful enough to assure their customers understand what they're getting. read more

Let me start off with saying if you wanna pay $18 for a 30ml I'd go here other wise stay away their juice is over priced and seems to get worse and worse every time I go I tell them Max VG and it's very thin almost like water and it does not taste like the flavor at all over priced and shit juice I can go to all bout vapor and get juice for $15 same with elite vapor but $8 for a 10ml is insane I do not recommended going here I will not be returning hope this was helpful read more

Just started vaping Oct 2015. Now its 1st of Dec and I have completely quit smoking cigarettes since I started vaping! Have been to Peace Pipe Vapor about 3 times and have had excellent customer service every time! Great staff! Very inquisitive to your needs and wants to get you fixed up just right.
