I ended deciding to stop by this location as it's the last location on the way back. I've been to one of the Austin locations before and I had a good, but minor odd experience hence one of my other reviews which the owner had contacted me about which I had really appreciated. The guy that was working was really nice, helpful, and chill! We had great banter and I was impressed how he handled the other customers. He helped me make good choices-I like what I got and so does my coworkers. Thanks!

I knew that was BS... so i said i was never going back... Fast forward... I decide to give them another chance because they're the close to my house and open later than my normal vape shop. I go there. I get what i need. I leave. 2 days later(today) i go back cause again it's late and my normal vape shop was closed... guy tries to tell me the price i told him i just paid 2 days has never the price, then tells me i must be at the wrong vape shop(as if there are many in the area open this late...(i know where im at)... Even after showing him proof of transaction, he still tries to tell me it's never been that price.

Hands down the best smoke shop in Round Rock - and it's all thanks to Chloe!…read more I absolutely love 365 Vape and Smoke. The shop itself is clean, well-stocked, and always open when you need it, which is already a huge win. But what truly makes this place stand out--and why I won't go anywhere else--is Chloe. I've been in twice recently, and both times she has gone above and beyond to help me. Chloe is incredibly welcoming and approachable, the kind of person you feel comfortable talking to right away. She doesn't just sell products--she knows them inside and out. You can tell she's done her homework because she introduces you to options you never even knew existed, tailored exactly to what you're looking for. Her product knowledge is insanely impressive, and she shares it in a way that feels supportive, not pushy. Beyond all that, Chloe just has a genuinely sweet and calming presence. She makes the whole experience enjoyable, easy, and even fun. It's rare to come across someone in retail who truly cares--not just about making a sale, but about making sure you leave confident and happy with your choices. If you're anywhere near Round Rock, do yourself a favor and check out this shop. And if you're lucky enough to be helped by Chloe, you'll understand exactly why I'm writing this review. She's the reason I'll keep coming back--and the reason I'm telling all my friends to do the same.

The customer service just wasn't there... not enough to write a shitty review though. Well last night I'm hanging with some friends and my buddy turned me on to this blueberry lemon flavor, and I'm like holy shit where you get that? He said D&R in cedar park... they're amazing! So this morning I got on the trusty Google maps and found D&R in Round Rock which is a lot closer for me. I walk in to this little dive looking store front with really shitty parking if you enter the wrong way like I did... you'll see what I'm talking about. There's Ben working all by himself helping helping a new customer figure out her rig. Ben knows Vape. Ben knows Vape juice. Ben is personable. Ben is a Saints fan (and I won't hold that against him). Ben seems to love what he does. Be like Ben. Thank you sir. I'll be back.
