He said they story do not have the one I was looking for but they do have the 60 w coil. I said fine I will take it. He never let me see it, I assumed he just didn't trust me to put it into my hand since he didn't know me. I paid for the coil then while at the counter I grabbed it, looked at it in the package still and told him it would not work like he lead me to believe. Asked that since it never been out his site, still In the package to refund me. He would not and would not do any negotiating. I said fine. Are you a manager he said he is. I asked are you sure you don't want to work with me to make this right, because I'd rather not have to write the negative review. He still refused. Poor customer service. I doubt I will ever return.

Customer was pretty good, because when I entered the guy was friendly. I asked where I can find the brand of liquor i needed and he verbally directed me to it. I was able to get and out in under 5 minutes. He even let me know that there were different sizes behind the counter for next time This is great neighborhood liquor store. Definitely recommend it.

I do like to buy local and plan to buy from there again, BUT it will definitely not be as often as I do from the online sources due only to price.
