Two different things about this place versus other lounges we have been to, the owner accompanies you into humidor, and they have to handle cigars. Then, as most, it is BYOB to drink, but this place did not any ice, so bring your own on that as well. But, we told Ian what type of cigars we liked, and he recomended a few kinds for us. They have a large humidor with a great selection!! After smoking our two that we had purchased, we were very happy with his options for us. I was told that "they don't do refunds"...even though I paid cash AND a 'no refund' policy is not printed on my receipt. Federal law requires that the businesses refund policy be posted for public view. Except here Nothing is posted, not on receipt. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! They're overpriced and skirt consumer law! Which low key, I kind of am hahaha Back in my younger years, this wasn't much of a problem. Now that I'm 33, I don't blame the younger generation for assuming I'm a stick in the mud lol. Such is life. Anyways, I wish I had gotten the guys name who helped me out. He was awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. I'm not much of a smoker anymore but had recently dropped my cute little bowl that I had for years. I came for a replacement one. Ending up buying 2 iridescent bowls. Both hit well. I loved that the one pictured had these little holes but realized shortly after that they clog up easily. Just keep a toothpick with you ;) all good! Glad I found this place on my first go!
