Two different things about this place versus other lounges we have been to, the owner accompanies you into humidor, and they have to handle cigars. Then, as most, it is BYOB to drink, but this place did not any ice, so bring your own on that as well. But, we told Ian what type of cigars we liked, and he recomended a few kinds for us. They have a large humidor with a great selection!! After smoking our two that we had purchased, we were very happy with his options for us. This is not my usual vape store, and I felt their prices for vapes was crazy expensive. They have a 5% cash back program that I'm not sure exactly how it works, wasn't explained to me. Also, they will not allow refunds or replacements. You must try your vape in the store to make sure it works, which is stupid. If I buy 5 vapes then I have to open them all up and try them all before I leave. Nah I'll pass. I'll stick with my other shop that is less expensive and has a much better reward program and has allowed exchanges and returns on unused vape pods when I lost that vape and couldn't use them any longer. They also don't force me to try the product I bought right then in the store. I don't find this stores policies customer friendly.
