I recently found this location and had been going regularly... NOT ANYMORE! Yesterday I popped in to just grab my usual order of thca cannabis (I usually just get 3.5g at a time to ration it with my wife. Well today the owner was there, business as usual I walk to To the back where the flower is and one of The employees who is regally there was super helpful and got me my order. Moments later the owner approached me while I was about to pay for my order and asked if I was on drugs or had been drinking! This was in front of not just employees but other customers. I said no I don't drink or do drugs.... What on earth would lead you to this idea! I felt extremely judged and harassed. I couldn't believe he asked me this! As I was leaving I calmly said you know that was completely uncalled For and I have given zero reason for him to approach me this way. To the owner, Your out of line and I feel bad for Anyone who has to work with you or around you on a daily basis. Thanks for making me feel like a dirt bag when I am sober from all Substances except the cannabis YOU sell. I'm giving you two stars simply because the product is good. Gone downhill. Don't come, they changed policy so if you have a purse they won't let you keep it with you and then they'll ask for ID regardless if you look visibly over the age so you have to go and get it despite not letting you bring your bag in with you making the checkout process a hassle. There is no secure place to store bags provided just a chair in a corner near the exit where anyone could take it. If you have to implement this policy clearly your store has theft issues, so why would I risk leaving my purse in an unsecured spot of your store? Forcing your customers to assume the risk because you can't be bothered to provide a secure place to store them like every other place I've been to that won't let you take a bag in is absurd. But hey, if they want to turn away long time customers who am I to stop them. Plenty of THC shops around that don't make it difficult to shop there. I had been a regular since I moved to the area a few years ago but I'll no longer be giving them my business since they clearly don't care about their customers. I suggest you take yours to somewhere where they don't actively make you abandon your belongings to shop there despite needing them to check out. read more

This place is interesting! They have a wide selection and very knowledgeable staff willing to help. At time I found them too attentive and the whole place to have an odd vibe. Upon my first visit after checking in, Yelp presents you with a coupon. A man on a couch with his feet on the table doing things on his computer tell me the store does not honor the coupon as they claim this Yelp page is not ran by them nor did they set it up. I thought odd but fine I paid my price about $120 and went on with my items. The items I purchased the first time were effective no complaints about them and enjoyed the ride. When I returned to purchase items I had before, I found that a my gummies had melted together and formed a mega blob. This was a problem mostly because I would not be able to accurately distinguish dosage. When I called to tell them they told me to return and talk with a manager. When I returned the person I spoken with said they didn't mean for me to come back immediately because the manager was not there. I couldn't understand why they couldn't just refund or exchange for me since I had just purchased that day and they told me to come back. They said only a manager could refund or exchange, apologized for the miscommunication over the phone and told me once a manager was in they would call me. I never received a call. I haven't returned since. I caution you to feel the bags before you buy them or buy containers that are see thru. read more

I have been a loyal customer of this store since it opened a few years ago. I have always been satisfied with their products and service and have had no issues until today. They refused to honor a return of completely sealed (edible) product with receipt, 5 days after the purchase date. The reason for return was personal, and there was no defect with the product, but I did explain that THC caused me to go to the ER and cannot personally use these products anymore. They showed no empathy. I will not be returning. read more

Have been a loyal customer to this establishment for a little over a year. Never had any issues till recently when I accidentally placed my order to be shipped and unfortunately nothing came. Tracking said it was delivered but I was at my mail box waiting for my order when the mail was delivered. Nothing came and delta 8 basically told be they won't help. Post office has no idea where my pack went. So best advice go to a different dispensary. This place isnt an honest or trustworthy. I will be going to their competitors from now on. read more

Had an issue with the most recent purchase, but after speaking with some of their management over the phone, they were able to get it sorted out, no problem. I've been going here for months now and I'm going to tell you why; great service and no bullshit! If you have a question, everyone who works here is able to answer it, or even give you guidance in their large selection of products. It can definitely be a little overwhelming going into a store like this if you don't know what you're doing. But seriously. Do not worry, nobody here will be judging you if you don't know what something is, or even if you feel like something is a "stupid" question. Speaking of stupid questions I ask myself everytime I go into a smokeshop; am I getting ripped off? Here you finally won't be. Because its not your regular smokeshop. They specialize in selling you real thca & delta 8 products that are worth your money, strong / great quality, and wont be up-charged ridiculously from whoever their suppliers might be. Ive bought THCA flower from quite a few companies like this one now (and have learned along the way I've definitely got ripped off in the past). What they charge per gram is what you get at a legal state dispensary, if not a few dollars cheaper for the same exact flower. Other places charge $15-18 a gram making your total for a small 3.5 amount close to $50. Thats not happening here and its amazing. I have so much more I could say about this amazing store and the people who work here, but I will end this by saying my favorite products by far have been the alchemy gummies & the goliath extrax pen brand. The gummies are great and pack a great punch with just one gummy, and the pods are easy to change in the goliath. read more

I went to the store to buy a battery and a cart, and I also picked up a cart. I didn't like the cart, so I tried to return it--but they made it a much bigger ordeal than it needed to be. They told me they couldn't accept the return simply because I didn't like it. I had just left the store and came right back, so it's not like a lot of time passed. I returned quickly to try to exchange it because I needed to go to another store for a smaller cart. I also didn't like how the one I got charges--it's just weird. What's frustrating is that when I was at the store, they gave me three cart options and reassured me that any of them would fit the battery. I picked one based on that recommendation, but when I came back less than 10 minutes later to return or exchange it, they told me I couldn't simply return it--I had to exchange it. Then they suddenly claimed the other options wouldn't fit either. I felt completely disrespected and lied to. They switched up their story and even started arguing with me, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I've been coming to this store for three years, and this is the first time I've had such a problem. I feel really disrespected, and honestly, I can't recommend this place anymore. read more
