All the employees are so knowledgeable of their products to the point I want to tell them to stop talking and let me just buy it already . Awesome smoke shop!! I came in while on the waitlist for a restaurant next door and was really happy to find this place. :) this shop opened recently and is super clean and looks great inside. They have a HUGE selection of items here - vapes, bongs, pipes, trays, cbd edibles, juices, gummies, hookah, cups you can smoke out of, and more!! They even had a small station for us to try out vapes and provided us disposable mouthpieces! And they also let us get a free drink from the bottom shelf of the fridge. On top of that, the customer service was great, the worker was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend this smoke shop!! read more

I'm not one to write reviews but this recent experience needed to be voiced. I came in today and I was the only customer in the store with one worker behind the register. The lady working was already on the phone before I came in and continue to stay on the phone throughout my whole time there. I literally stood on the opposite side of the counter waiting to be helped to purchase an item behind the counter. NOT ONCE did she make eye contact, speak to me, or even acknowledge that I am even in her presence. I was standing by her for 5 minutes before I gave up and left the store. This was my go to vape shop, I absolutely loved this shop and was a very loyal customer. There were two incidents that made me find a new shop. 1. This first incident I came in about an hour before closing and bought my same regular vape and paid cash. The worker in the store made multiple negative comments under his breath because he already "closed up" the register by counting and I guess balancing it out. I ignored him and left. 2. The second incident I came in and they were out of regular so I asked him (the same worker from incident 1) his recommendations that weren't too fruity and mint like. He signed walked over and spoke very aggressively. He offered me fruity flavors and I said "no that's okay thank you" again he spoke very negative comments to me. I left and never returned. I will always tell my friends or family not to shop here because the select worker is very rude. read more

Women beware!!! There is no peace or safety here. If I could leave negative stars I would. I just left this store and was happily disrespected and ridiculed by employee Jamie, even while I was on the phone with the owner discussing what happened. As I was leaving I was called a "cunt" and told to "get out" by another male customer who decided to join in on the ridicule. I wouldn't shop here again if they paid me to. Terrible! Just Terrible!!!
