The Berry Mint liquid that was made there was really pretty good and convenient to get, but as one person already mentioned, $28 for for 60ml of juice is more than I would pay for 2 bottles including shipping ( maybe w/o the "fee" now ) delivered to my home from an online source. I do like to buy local and plan to buy from there again, BUT it will definitely not be as often as I do from the online sources due only to price. If it's that big a deal call 1st if you know what you want and see if they have it ... if you don't know what you want make sure CARSON IS THERE... he is the one that will have the knowledge and the compassion to help you when your going through the depression of not finding your juice, trying to figure out what's what in the vape world , and if your just having a bad day. But for those at the shop that are were being trained just put yourself in their shoes and try to imagine your first day on the job whether or not you have a background in it or not. Like I said earlier it's the little things such as compassion and think about it ... it goes both ways... That gasket had ripped, essentially rendering my tank a useless, fruity e-juice dripping disappointment. I had scoured the web in search of the part. The official Wotofo site had the part for $1, a shipping cost of $29, and would reach me within, and I quote, "25 business days"... Lol On a whim, and because my wife told me to just try, I called Jake over at Pink Cloud and told him my deviating and irreversible problem. He asked me some details about my set up (diameter, location of gasket, etc) and proceeded to instruct me to come on in and see what he could do. We show up, mangled o-ring in hand and zero hope. Jake hits us with the old reliable "What's up yall!?" So I told him I had spoken with him on the phone about an o-ring blowout. He immediately sprang into action, ripping open drawer after accessory drawer. Dropping every rubberized electronic cigarette component imaginable onto the crystal clear glass case in front of me. But to no avail. Nothing fit! Not surprised, due to the rarity of my tank, I slowly prepared for departure when, out of the blue he yells "this might be a stretch, but try this" a tiny glimmer of hope gets slid across the display case. So I compare the size and whatnot. Looks small. But he did say it would be a "stretch" so I forced the ring into the cap of my tank and utilized the provided-by-Jake utility knife to pry the o-ring into place. Perfect (forced) fit. Immediately my issue disappeared. TLDR: Jake is awesome and went above and beyond to help fix even the most intricate of issues. 1 billion stars

I have been getting my coils from a discount supplier online but for about 6 months, I have been disappointed and receiving defective coils. I stopped into Vapor Logic a few weeks ago hoping I could find my supplies locally. To my delight, I showed the young man my mod and tank - and was so relieved to hear, "We have those!" YIPPEE!!!!!! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I was having an issue with my mod, tank and burnt spitting coils. He gave me advice that was on point and completely resolved the issue. The store is clean and has a hip neon kind of vibe. There's plenty of parking and with being located right off the northbound IH35 frontage road means access in and out is a breeze. Check out their dollar clearance rack! Nice store. Great selection. Friendly staff. This will be my go-to store for accessories.

When I needed to find a new shop, google was my friend and I picked the first one on the list. Roy and Mal took amazing care of me. I went in looking for new batteries and a new mod. I left with a lot more than that - a new mod I already love (great recommendation from Roy!), three bottles of juice - all new flavors that have all turned out fantastic, two new tanks, extra coils, battery cases - and a new Friendly Local Vapor Shop. Prices vary within a reliable range in the vape industry. These guys are right near the middle on the stuff I bought, and a bit below the average on things like the batteries. Their selection of premium juices was overwhelming to look at - which is *exactly* what I want to see. I want options, and I'm a hard fit on flavor. (No berries and NEVER a melon!) I walked out with three new flavors. A new record! I'm normally lucky to find ONE new flavor I'm willing to try, much less three that I'm excited about. But they are not my new shop because of pricing, selection, or inventory. They are my new shop because I walked in ready for a fast in-and-out purchase, and instead I got amazing customer service from knowledgeable people who took their time asking me good questions and answering every question I had. They bounced ideas off each other, and neither one of these guys missed a beat as other customers came in and out of the store. Some of these other customers had a lot of questions and some knew exactly what they wanted. In every case, Roy and Mal were on top of it. Smiling, friendly (even in the face of some serious Thursday grumpiness) and gave each customer calm, confident and expert service. No one left empty handed, because even if they didn't have the exact thing, they knew what would work in its stead. And at no point was I ever ignored or felt like they weren't present and involved and invested in me buying a whole new kit and seriously restocking my denuded supplies. Not only did they have product knowledge, they had industry knowledge - which for a vape shop, is VERY important. They knew their materials, they knew their juices, and they knew what was new, what was coming down the pipeline, and they knew what to recommend to someone who knows the style of device and tank they want. They didn't try to up-sell me; they didn't have to. They just offered their products, gave me pros and cons, and then let me decide. I went with their recommendations every time, because they had heard me and recommended things that work for me. Good prices. Good products. Great customer service. They earned a new repeat customer tonight, and I finally have a vape shop near my new home. They're a small store, but don't let that fool you - there is a big business in that little store, and they are very interested in making sure they take care of their customers.

She talked to me about some of the disposables and introduced me to a new brand. The prices were right in line with other vape shops in the area. I ended up buying a LuffBar disposable vape. An hour later, I noticed that it wasn't turning off properly after a puff, and it was starting to get very hot. I went back to the store, and the employee was very understanding, and said it was slightly defective and offered me a new one. It's working much better. The jury is still out on LuffBar, but based on my experience, I can recommend Smokies for their great customer service. It's not easy for a new business to give out free units, but it's necessary these days to compete with other stores, as customer service is so important in this market. Give Smokies a chance, and help them get off the ground running! I'll be back for sure.

Recently Vape City has made changes to their loyalty program. After being reassured from staff that the points would be transferred over and 4 visits into the shop over the last 3 months leaving my information each time to inquire about it, today I was finally able to get the staff to try to speak to whoever is over them at a corporate level and was told to shove it about my original point balance. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
