I bought a seal proof container less than two weeks ago and brought it in for either a refund or exchange or even store credit and they completely do not flex on their policy...even if they sell you equipment that doesn't and never worked. There need to be times when you flex with the customer, especially when you sold the poor quality product and represented it as seal proof. On top of me being direct but polite, the store manager decided to start an attitude with me, when I was being cordial about their product not working...not me breaking it. We are talking about a sealing jar...pretty basic mechanics. You all should have taken a stand but you didn't. You made an error.

I don't know if I've ever been helped by the same person though. You can take a couple of classes at Total Wine, but I have yet to try it out. It looks pretty fun from what little I've spied on. Solid liquor store, all the usuals, though the wine selection looked pretty slim. I picked up a bottle of Level on special for like $28, which isn't bad at all, so yeah. I'll be back.
