It's refreshing to see a nice upscale vapor shop in Austin. Don't let the elegance of the shop fool you, the prices are low and they have a great variety of items. The staff was very courteous. I really used to kite this place, but the last several( 4 times to be exact) times I've been in, the customer service is almost nonexistent. I was ignored for almost 30 minutes. I only realized that the other guy there was an employee when he jumped up to help a pretty girl that walked in. I was really surprised. Came in here to get a vaping system after being disappointed with my Blu e cigs. The yelp reviews were great and I see why. I got a starter system for around $40 and purchased two flavors of juice. I had heard that some shops don't let you taste the flavors but this place does which is an added bonus. The staff were super friendly and were patient with me while trying all the flavors and accidentally spilling one of the juices everywhere. I've been waiting for a shop like this to open here in Austin. I got into vaping only a few months ago, and due to the lack of satisfaction from my eGo, I found myself digging deeper into the vape world chasing after that perfect vape. Through Google, YouTube, and a few friends back home in Hawai'i, I found myself at an advanced skill level in no time. The downfall to having gained so much knowledge about vaping is that none of the shops here had what I was looking for, in fact one shop in particular upset me with their lack of knowledge that I just walked out. We go back home to Hawai'i every year to visit family, and now being a vaper, I was completely satisfied with the shops on O'ahu. I even attended a "vapefest" while on my trip. The vape scene seemed to be just as strong as you see it is online in the state of California. Having now returned to Austin and back to my daily routine, I find myself unsatisfied with the vapor shops here, to the extent that I have even debated on whether or not to open my own shop. Then I found Vapor Logic! Thank you guys. You are exactly what I am looking for in a vape shop, exactly what I would be if I had opened my own. I was even told they would soon carry my all time favorite juice brand "Five Pawns". They sell authentic products, and other higher end mods which is great if you're really into this vaping thing. The store is clean and organized. I'd say this store is like an apple store for vapors. As far as vaping goes in Austin, this store is top notch. Incredible selection of flavors with the absolute best part being you can sit at the "bar" and try before you buy. I must've tried at least 20 different flavors and Flavio was very attentive, feeling me out for which ones I may like more than others. I never felt rushed. This Vapor lounge is the best and I have been to all off them in the Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville areas. They have awesome customer service. Alan and the rest were super nice and treated me awesome. They have tons of great juices to sample. They don't make their own juices, and trust me, that's a good thing having tried all of the local fresh made juices around. Don't get me wrong, a few shops make some decent blends, but if you want premium blends, this is the only place to go. They have all the top brands: Doc Bailey's, Eliqcube, FlavorzbyJoe, GQ, Spacejam, Fuzion, Halcyon, Vaping Monkey, Junky Juice, etc. Their prices are the same as you would pay online, but here, you get to sample before you blow a lot of money on flavors you may not like. I saw that they had a lot of hardware also, and the prices were good there too. This is the only place in this area that I know of to get Super premium, high quality juice. Also, once you try pharmaceutical grade nicotine, you will immediately notice the difference! I am so stoked this place opened up. Love this place. Service was amazing. I've found that regardless of my set up, vape store employees will put you down for your mod and generally talk down to you. Not here. They praised my choice in mod and had a pleasant conversation with me about our experiences with different rebuildables. They let you try any juice they have and of all the vapor stores in Austin I've never seen such variety but just pure quality as well. It was truly impressive.
