However, I gave 4 stars because this is the second time I've been at the shop at 10:30 when they open and nobody is there to open it. Or perhaps it might be apt to say, "unbearably INexpensive," or, "unbelievably badass vape purchase - way beyond basic; more like bangin' or bitchin'" (depending on your generation). Definitely, "unblemished customer service" goes right up there. Lol. I may get a little too overzealous and caught up by the architecture and vocabulary when constructing reviews, but I just know this little spot + the super cool folks inside made the crucial difference that salvaged a crap-ass day by providing everything i needed to get my vape just right for much less than i have found elsewhere, and they went out of their way to ensure satisfaction (w/o making it look or sound like any kind of sacrifice). And (now that i don't live there anymore, i can make this call:) what is it about vaping / vape shops in Austin that attract the best looking men (usually boys, but im old and just observing)? I mean, seriously never found myself noticing this in atx other than vape shops....maybe the combo of impressive customer service - **especially the well-mannered, authentically friendly, and most of all, well-spoken....** (they may be boys, but they don't talk like punk-ass kids, and it makes ALL the difference ). That's absolutely THE only negative thing I can say about this group! Because of the close proximity to my home, this became my 'go-to' vape shop when I first moved back to Austin 18mo ago. 2018 was the Year of Shit Vape Issues for me and the staff and manager were total All-Stars! I shop around extensively for the best price on equipment and I promise you, they can't be beat in Austin. When I've had problems, they've gone Above & Beyond to help resolve them! Even going as far to give me a new coil (on the house) when I accidentally burnt one up setting up my brand new equipment for the first time when I was unfamiliar with exactly how it went together. Excellent location, very knowledgable staff whether you are just starting or a seasoned veteran. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is it is still newer, plus I would like more nicotine levels. Such a great vape shop! They have the BEST set up for testing juice. 100's of mods along the wall, with prefilled tanks, and that are well labeled. Grab a mouthpiece and go nuts sampling! No need to ask an employee each time you want to try a juice. I love this concept! Helpful employees that don't hover but can help direct you to some options based on what you like. Customer Service- I came in with two products not even purchased at the store, but the gentleman behind the counter was so helpful with assisting me in troubleshooting my issues regardless, he simply helped me because he could & He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating with my situation. Inventory- This place has more E-juice Than any other Vape place in town. Not only that, but their selection is seriously top-notch. Did I mention you can sample any flavor before making the purchase? Price- No joke, their juice prices easily rival online competitors without the hassle of the shipping process. I finally found my way in to Cloud Counter Vapor for the first time, mostly just to check it out since it's so close to where I live. They have a great tasting station; the best I've seen anywhere. Not only do you get to try out the flavor; each tank is on a different battery (available at the store). Their selection of juices and equipment is slightly more limited than other stores, but they've only been there for a few months. Really nice guys. Thinking back of all the Vape Shops we ever visited in the last 3 years from Houston to Austin and everywhere in between , I have to say from the moment we walked in to the moment of choice not once we're we made to feel rushed or unwelcome. There has been maybe 3 stores where I consider legit and professional service to be worth a 5 star review and this place tops my list! They carry themselves in such a Manor of professionalism and kindness and seem to be genuine to your needs of Vaping. They carry all my favorite brands and more, and you must try some of the local Austin flavors like one I can't stop vaping, Andy's Mints. True to its flavor and told mostly organic in nature, so if stopping by to get your favorite brands don't leave without giving it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed! Came with high expectations but was unfortunately let down by the ridiculously overpriced juice and especially coils. $20 for a 3 pack when I can get them online for $8. They had numerous sample vapes attached to the wall, unfortunately all I tasted was burnt coil when I tried them out. A great idea but executed poorly. Not recommended. I have to say, the staff and customer service at CCV are the absolute BEST. I had an issue with one of the devices I bought from them and the manufacturer did not want to work with me and I was already past the 30 return policy that CCV had in place. When I walked in Cloud Counter Vapor and expressed my concern, they immediately wanted to help and took care of me and exchanged the product for a brand new one and said they would either deal with the manufacturer on returning it to them themselves or take the hit for the defective product. They did not have to do that for me and that showed me that they truly VALUE their customers. They have gained a LOYAL customer!
