I needed to keep them fresh for a few months so I could hand them out as gifts at a family member's summer wedding. The staff was super helpful, didn't try to oversell me on some high end, high maintenance humidor. I brought in the cigars, explained my situation, they set me up with a box that was a perfect fit, needed very little maintenance, did the job well, and was budget friendly. The cigars were in primo condition for the reception and were a big hit. I recommended Habana House to a bunch of guests at the party and hopefully sent some new customers yall's way. I just said "uh never mind" and left because I had no idea why he was being so rude and he responded "okay good". Another man walked in and he helped him no problem. I have been in there several times without issue. I'm not sure what his problem was but it felt a little personal for some reason. I'm not sure if it was because of my race or the fact that I'm a black woman but it had to be my appearance because he seemed short with me before I even opened my mouth. I have never left a negative review in my life and don't want to sound like a bitch but that dude was an asshole.

I called asking about selections for blue Lotus flower and the person who answered the phone and…read morewas on shift tonight refused to answer my questions about product selection and reported that I needed to come into the store in person in order to see the product and that he wasn't allowed to give out any information over the phone because it was against Texas law to tell people about products over the phone because they might not be 21. First of all, this is a blatant lie. Secondly, whoever this employee is should be fired because why are you not giving out information when people call? You definitely lost my business straight up because of your attitude, but secondarily because you lied to me on the phone then when I called back and asked for his name, he refused to give it. Whoever the owner is, you should look into firing this employee because he clearly doesn't give a fuck about his job or any of the customers. When someone calls you on the phone and ask about your product selection, you should be more than happy to tell them anything that they would like to know. Not lie to them and tell them you can't tell them anything because it's against the law and tell them that they have to come into the store when that's total bullshit. The employee that was working at the time this review was posted is the employee that I'm talking about so if you as a boss are reading this review, then understand and know who your employee is that is honestly a complete and total fucking dick. He literally refused to answer any all questions. He basically just said this is a smoke shop. We sell smoke materials. You should fire him. Or at least train him in customer service because he sucks Complete ass.

The manager is super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I started coming in more regularly. They have a pretty decent selection.
