They've always made me feel like I'm their number one client. I know I'm not because my purchases are on the lower end and I go there maybe twice a month. Somehow, they remember my name and even specifics of our last conversation! This spot is basically a "Cheers" version for head shops minus the disfunctionality. I'll drive the extra distance for various purchases if the staff is outstanding and this is one of those instances.

Recently Vape City has made changes to their loyalty program. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

The jury is still out on LuffBar, but based on my experience, I can recommend Smokies for their great customer service. It's not easy for a new business to give out free units, but it's necessary these days to compete with other stores, as customer service is so important in this market. Give Smokies a chance, and help them get off the ground running! I'll be back for sure.
