The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. The homies at Montopolis are always super friendly and knowledgeable. You can't beat the 24 hour shop on Guadalupe in a pinch. I'm a long time daily smoker and their in house pre-rolls are fantastic, especially the infused; this is my level and when I share with less experienced smokers they always get fully lifted. They rotate their selection often as I'm seeing new names which I think are from distinct harvests/batches from their supplier. They never taste like they have delta additives and are always high quality (I can't tell the difference in taste between legal cannabis I've purchased from other states). They carry loose flower, that tends to go quickly, and a variety of concentrates for more experienced smokers. They also have a wide variety of nicotine vapes, edibles (hemp and psychedelic/adaptogenic mushrooms), and every possible device you can smoke from. My only gripe is they cater their THCa percentages to heavy smokers like me, I have some lightweights in my life and the 19% house mix was my go to! My dream is also a shorty preroll pack of 20. If you're a smoker they have the cheapest THCa hemp in Austin during their happy hour from 4:20-7:10 daily. 15% off anything in the store. They're also super active in legislation regarding hemp and cannabis in Texas. Awesome local business.
