It's a small local business and they are a trustworthy and reliable CBD source. Rawsome CBD oil has finally brought their products to perfection. I use the Essential oil for anxiety and sleepless nights. Their essential CBD oil is perfect for me, as it is calming and relaxing and lets me sleep without the grogginess in the morning. The patches work wonders for my lower back pain. The property that the shop is on is quite interesting as well. Especially in the spring, they bloom wildflowers every year! Old dilapidated and low quality dumbbells, only 2 old treadmills and a few of the manual treadmills, no fixed weight barbells, a bathroom falling apart with the toilet bowl cover hanging on by one hinge. No air conditioning. Hot and smelly. Humid atmosphere. Couldn't draw up a worse gym in my imagination. To me it's 1 star but I guess to cross fit cultists this is what they like. Only a few smoothie choices and no chicken wraps or anything in their nutrition bar or whatever it's called. If you know how to work out and don't need or want a trainer or group then this place is definitely not for you. They do an incredible job on marketing and must edit photos or take superb angles like a catfish on tinder. Almost thinking they pay influencers to hype this place up. Either way I'd prefer the most basic Planet Fitness or Crunch 100x over this. In fact I'd rather get chubby and not work out over having to work out in an environment like this again.

But this cream he recommended worked incredibly FAST! Over the holidays it struck, so I called Keep Austin Well and got the owner. (Super nice guy). He was kind enough to meet me on New Years Day and recommended a CBD cream that worked wonders for my back!! I have tried OTC pain relievers, Essential Oils, Salt Baths, and other CBD creams, you name it. Social CBD Muscle Rub is the ONLY thing that has loosened up the muscles in my back and released the pain completely within an hour. I was able to go back to work the same day. You do not need a lot. I just rubbed a small amount into the muscle. Within an hour or so the pain totally subsided and I could bend and move normally .  It last for a while too. I also received a recommendation for a supplement to help with mild appetite suppression and fat burn which I am indeed curious to try. On a side note - I didn't look through all the pharmacy items because I was short on time but BOY did they have a selection in there!
