It honestly felt like we were being treated like royalty. And the atmosphere is EVERYTHING. It's intimate, relaxed, a little swanky, and very Austin. But what really sets Sweet Sensi apart for me is the concept itself. I don't drink alcohol, so I absolutely LOVE having somewhere I can order an elevated THC cocktail and still get the full experience of going out for a beautifully crafted drink. At the same time, they serve traditional cocktails too, so everyone can enjoy the same night out regardless of what they choose to drink. They also have edibles and other treats available, which just makes the entire concept even cooler. As someone who bartended for about 10 years, I appreciate when a place understands that a great bar experience is about SO much more than what's in the glass. It's the atmosphere, presentation, hospitality, attention to detail, and the way you feel while you're there--and Sweet Sensi absolutely gets that. They also have THC Happy Hour, which makes an already unique experience even better. And yes, I absolutely appreciate a good happy hour. It's a small local business and they are a trustworthy and reliable CBD source. Rawsome CBD oil has finally brought their products to perfection. I use the Essential oil for anxiety and sleepless nights. Their essential CBD oil is perfect for me, as it is calming and relaxing and lets me sleep without the grogginess in the morning. The patches work wonders for my lower back pain. The property that the shop is on is quite interesting as well. Especially in the spring, they bloom wildflowers every year! Old dilapidated and low quality dumbbells, only 2 old treadmills and a few of the manual treadmills, no fixed weight barbells, a bathroom falling apart with the toilet bowl cover hanging on by one hinge. No air conditioning. Hot and smelly. Humid atmosphere. Couldn't draw up a worse gym in my imagination. To me it's 1 star but I guess to cross fit cultists this is what they like. Only a few smoothie choices and no chicken wraps or anything in their nutrition bar or whatever it's called. If you know how to work out and don't need or want a trainer or group then this place is definitely not for you. They do an incredible job on marketing and must edit photos or take superb angles like a catfish on tinder. Almost thinking they pay influencers to hype this place up. Either way I'd prefer the most basic Planet Fitness or Crunch 100x over this. In fact I'd rather get chubby and not work out over having to work out in an environment like this again.

But this cream he recommended worked incredibly FAST! Over the holidays it struck, so I called Keep Austin Well and got the owner. (Super nice guy). He was kind enough to meet me on New Years Day and recommended a CBD cream that worked wonders for my back!! I have tried OTC pain relievers, Essential Oils, Salt Baths, and other CBD creams, you name it. Social CBD Muscle Rub is the ONLY thing that has loosened up the muscles in my back and released the pain completely within an hour. I was able to go back to work the same day. You do not need a lot. I just rubbed a small amount into the muscle. Within an hour or so the pain totally subsided and I could bend and move normally .  It last for a while too. I was greeted and seen promptly for the appointment, and I received a body scan using one of their machines which gives a print out of personal stats including body fat and muscle content, water content, etc. It was really fun to learn a little more about myself and my physical distribution. I also received a recommendation for a supplement to help with mild appetite suppression and fat burn which I am indeed curious to try. On a side note - I didn't look through all the pharmacy items because I was short on time but BOY did they have a selection in there! You have to be careful about just starting new meds because they can interact with prescription medications, but if you got a supplement cleared with your doctor, I'm fairly sure this place would have it. People's Pharmacy, you are harming patients. It is unethical to sell homeopathy. Do not reply to my review with anything other than "We're removing homeopathy from our shelves," because I will not change my mind on this. Because of this, and the fact that they're slow AF, I get my cat's meds compounded at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Kentucky unless it's an absolute emergency. Kentucky has the cheap drugs for some reason.
