The same wonderful people are still running the shop and selling Rawsome CBD product. This is my one and only go to source for CBD oil and patches! It's a small local business and they are a trustworthy and reliable CBD source. Rawsome CBD oil has finally brought their products to perfection. I use the Essential oil for anxiety and sleepless nights. Their essential CBD oil is perfect for me, as it is calming and relaxing and lets me sleep without the grogginess in the morning. The patches work wonders for my lower back pain. The property that the shop is on is quite interesting as well. Especially in the spring, they bloom wildflowers every year! The grounds are littered with whimsical items which makes visiting the shop fun. They're in the back of the building now. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a visit!

Old dilapidated and low quality dumbbells, only 2 old treadmills and a few of the manual treadmills, no fixed weight barbells, a bathroom falling apart with the toilet bowl cover hanging on by one hinge. No air conditioning. Hot and smelly. Humid atmosphere. Couldn't draw up a worse gym in my imagination. To me it's 1 star but I guess to cross fit cultists this is what they like. Only a few smoothie choices and no chicken wraps or anything in their nutrition bar or whatever it's called. If you know how to work out and don't need or want a trainer or group then this place is definitely not for you. They do an incredible job on marketing and must edit photos or take superb angles like a catfish on tinder. Almost thinking they pay influencers to hype this place up. Either way I'd prefer the most basic Planet Fitness or Crunch 100x over this. In fact I'd rather get chubby and not work out over having to work out in an environment like this again.

But this cream he recommended worked incredibly FAST! Over the holidays it struck, so I called Keep Austin Well and got the owner. (Super nice guy). He was kind enough to meet me on New Years Day and recommended a CBD cream that worked wonders for my back!! I have tried OTC pain relievers, Essential Oils, Salt Baths, and other CBD creams, you name it. Social CBD Muscle Rub is the ONLY thing that has loosened up the muscles in my back and released the pain completely within an hour. I was able to go back to work the same day. You do not need a lot. I just rubbed a small amount into the muscle. Within an hour or so the pain totally subsided and I could bend and move normally .  It last for a while too. I was greeted and seen promptly for the appointment, and I received a body scan using one of their machines which gives a print out of personal stats including body fat and muscle content, water content, etc. It was really fun to learn a little more about myself and my physical distribution. I also received a recommendation for a supplement to help with mild appetite suppression and fat burn which I am indeed curious to try. On a side note - I didn't look through all the pharmacy items because I was short on time but BOY did they have a selection in there! You have to be careful about just starting new meds because they can interact with prescription medications, but if you got a supplement cleared with your doctor, I'm fairly sure this place would have it. They also have ample parking out front, and are easy to find right off north Lamar.

People's Pharmacy, you are harming patients. It is unethical to sell homeopathy. Do not reply to my review with anything other than "We're removing homeopathy from our shelves," because I will not change my mind on this. Because of this, and the fact that they're slow AF, I get my cat's meds compounded at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital in Kentucky unless it's an absolute emergency. Today two counter people were gabbing about this and that, ignoring me and after a while one finally made eye contact with me and asked if i needed to check out. I had been standing at the checkout counter for right around 5 minutes. Other times when i ask about specific products, instead of saying no, they show me a product that has ZERO to do with what i ask. Maybe I'll try 38th street pharmacy next time, it's just as close.
