I have been a customer over 6-7 years + REFERRED SOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE + I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREETED BY NAME and have given a 5-STAR RATING before!!! She informed me that they are able to break a kilo down a certain way & anything outside of that there is a bagging fee I said there's nothing on the card with the break down that says a $5 bagging fee & asked why wouldn't you guys have that posted? Their variety of stock is impressive and I have never selected the product I want only to be told they were out of stock. They also have a member loyalty program where you can get special discounts from time to time. Many times they will run discounts on some products. Visit frequently if you want to catch their latest specials. The staff is very particular about the producers of their products. Everything comes in a sealed package clearly labeled by strain, vein colour and batch. There's no guessing when buying from White Dragon. I was going to go by today but didn't realize they close early on Saturday. I will go on Monday when their regular closing time is 6:00pm. Don't be afraid to ask any questions you may have. I met with the owner and he was more than happy to explain the unknown charge (there's a small sign on the counter explaining the credit card processing fee being paid by the customer. It's rather small and you can easily miss it but it is there making it my own fault for not seeing it. Though, I would've gladly brought cash to bypass it had I known). I continue to be super impressed with every aspect of this business. The owners are super knowledgeable, patient, honest, and personable (as are those that work for them). And when it comes to products, I always walk out satisfied and confident in whatever they've recommended to me. As a side note, I suffer from arthritis and other chronic issues, and their products have given me so much relief. Amazing local Kratom and CBD vendor. The staff is fantastic (while I don't know her name, the girl working on my visit was so helpful and nice) Also important, the prices are competitive. I'm personally a fan of the Green Maeng Da but you really can't go wrong. I can also say their Red Maeng Da is potent and good for pain. I actually take the Green before working out and I prefer it to caffeine. It puts me in a great mood and nearly kills my social anxiety. Absolute best shop in Austin for kratom and CBD. I bought "CBD" juice at another shop for a while and it not only tasted terrible, but it wasn't CBD. It's only hemp oil. Hemp oil is NOT CBD. Went here after reading all of the positive reviews, however I had a very different experience. The owner was incredibly condescending and rude to me when I told him I was unsure of what strain would work best for me, instead of suggesting what I might should try he told me "Well if you don't know what you want how the hell am I supposed to know what you want!" while laughing in my face. He then continued to be on no assistance as I stood there almost speechless not knowing how to proceed in this interaction. However, almost everything I said he twisted back at me, responding and nearly mocking what I was saying about what strains I have had experiences with. Near the end he was able to slightly guide me, but I felt sort of coerced into buying two strains I was unsure about. Horrible experience and I will never come back here. The only plus is, the prices ARE very good. But in my own experience the potency is below that of several head shop pre-packaged kratom, I would say by a fourth to one half. I hope that others continue to have better experiences and that the owner ceases such rude and inconsiderate behavior. read more

Had two separate purchases from this location. The first was a small amount and was pleased,the second however, I purchased a large amount and was very disappointed. I am a believer in kratom and strongly believe in it's benefits. I travel all over the country and have made purchases from dozens of stores. I called two days after the second purchase,expressed my disappointment in my purchase,and was basically told to bad. Bad product happens, I understand. Sometimes you just get a batch that isn't up to the standards the distribution company claims. What that company does after they learn about the consumer makes you aware of their disappointment is what's important. The guys there are very nice,however that's not enough for me to take a chance that the product is good. They could've offered to make it right after I spend a hundred bucks,yet they decided not to.
