Walk in- and ask to buy butane, gets asked which one, i say cheapest one works, and he grabs it, for some reason rings up 2 and then when i realize im like "does it come with 2?" then when i said I only asked for one he proceeded to get mad that he couldn't figure out how to process a refund nor figure out how to do basic math and figure out how much is owed. i was more than apologetic as i know how much it sucks but i only asked for one. i had no issue with the fact that he didn't know how to do it and had to wait, he was so rude even after i apologized for the second or third time. never coming back to this shop again there are plenty of other shops near by. i would reevaluate who is working up front and dealing with customers. the guy working on Tuesday 2 pm read more

This has been my go-to shop for awhile now until yesterday when I had the absolute worst experience possible. First, I called ahead to ask if the product I was looking for was in stock. Three calls in a row and no answer. So I drive over there, walk in and am greeted by an unenthusiastic employee. I see the product I came for, and told him I would be getting that as a gift and was looking for a few other items. He was not very knowledgeable about that item but it is just one item, so no big deal. I move on to the next item I am looking for and ask about a few. He gives the shortest answers and seems to be annoyed that I am there. He did not show me anything in the case without me having to explicitly ask to hold each item. I finally settled on one and asked some follow up questions about its function and warranty. I had seen the exact same item online $20 cheaper and asked if there was a benefit from buying it from this shop. He said there was nothing they would do if it malfunctioned and the only benefit is to "have it right now". I decide to pass on that item but continue to look at a few other accessories. After telling him that I was trying to replace an entire set, he did not seem interested in making any sale and I was, again, pulling teeth for any prices, information, or to see anything. I give up on that set and move on to just E-juice. He says he doesn't vape and therefore doesn't really know anything about the flavors and proceeds to toss a binder on the counter. I flip it over and right side up and begin looking through it. He begrudgingly attempts to answer my questions and I settle on 2 bottles. I am ready to check out and tell him I have a BOGO free coupon from them for the E-juice. He looks even more frustrated and rings us up. I paid $100 in cash and he angrily walked to the back to have a machine count it, rather than just counting by hand. Finally, I finish and have to ask for my receipt as he begins to walk away. In the parking lot, I see that he rang up a BOGO half off instead of BOGO free so I overpaid by $15. I go back in, tell him what happened, and he says he cannot give us the $15 back or return the bottles entirely. I have to ask who can, and he tells me the owner will be in tomorrow (today). I am on my way now to hopefully work this out with the owner. Update: I just went back and had the BEST experience. The gentleman was extremely upset about what happened, gave me the money from the coupon, and offered to discount the other items we were looking at. I am happy to say this was resolved perfectly and this shop truly cares about its customers. read more

Unfortunately I haven't gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me pick out a box vape, but he was incredibly knowledgeable on vaping and the product they sell. They have quality products from SMOK, Vapesspro, PAX, and many others. The 1st is what I bought. They also have a good selection of pipes, water pipes, and a overall good head shop. I had time to kill so I waited for a few other customers to take care of business but this guy spent some time with me and helped immensely. This kind of service gets repeat customers, and I will definitely be one. read more

This review is for the location on South 1st and William Cannon... My boyfriend and I come here A LOT and spend money and the reason is because the people are awesome and really down to earth and friendly and it just makes us keep coming back! HOWEVER this past Saturday was a horrible experience and we were treated so awful!! My boyfriend is a "looker" when we go here... he likes to see the product in detail and see if its worth the price and if its good quality.... well apparently we were "taking too long" and the seller started getting agitated and said that we should've "done our research" and known EXCATLY what we wanted before we came in the store! WTH?! Yeah we know what we wanted but we wanted to see our options!! He kept telling us "time is money" when there was NO ONE ELSE in the store!!! My boyfriend isn't the type to hold back and take this talk either telling him that well since he worked in retail that it was kinda his job to show us stuff and other things and all he said was "time was money"! We were going to get some more things but ended up leaving with one item that he really needed or else we would've just walked out completely!! Needless to say we were very DISSAPOINTED in this treatment and will not be the regular customers that we once were! We never got the guys name but If you're going to hire someone to work there they need to know how to treat customers and do a good job...like I said all the other workers have been great but it just takes one awful visit to just make you not want to shop there anymore and thats a shame cause it was one of our favorite places! He shouldn't be working there anymore either cause god forbid someone else goes in there and wants to "look at something" they are going to be told the same thing! It was awful and we left so angry! I worked in retail for a number of years and I go shopping at stores and NEVER have I EVER been told something like that before!! read more
