I initially found this place to be amazing until they started messing with my money. I made a…read morepurchase on November 27th, and the charges went through. However, it turns out they are dealing with a subpar credit card company because two weeks later, they charged my card again for a purchase made on the 27th. I was never refunded my money, and then they charged my card once more! If that isn't shady, I don't know what is. To make matters worse, before I realized all of this, they had 7g for $60, and with my military discount, it should have been around $46-47. Due to a flaw in their system, I was charged $65.01. When I inquired about it, they informed me of some obscure rule they have that was never explained, nor were there any signs in the store indicating this rule. This is just downright shady business! Well done JHeart, you have just lost a loyal customer, and I will ensure that everyone hears about this terrible experience!

My pharmacy doesn't have the option to mix or make compound medicine, and this is the reason I had…read moreto have my doctor send my new compound prescription to Bear's Compound Pharmacy. The location is great. Limited parking spaces since it is in the middle of downtown Georgetown. "The square" My insurance didn't cover my medicine, and so I agreed to pay $160 which was supposed to include four (2.5ml) injections. Which means would give myself a shot once a week. The medicine didn't come with syringes, but I bought a bag of 10 syringes for $1.00 from them with my prescription. No issues with my first three injections. I went to take my fourth injection and nothing would come out of the bottom no matter what I did. I called the store to ask what I could do since I paid $160 for four injections and only was able to give myself 3. Young lady told me really not much that can be done since I had already left the store with the medicine. I told her I would be happy to bring in the bottle and show that there was still some medicine in the bottle but I wasn't able to get it out for whatever reason. She told me I could come in the following week and have someone take a look at the bottle but there wasn't nothing that could be or would be done. I was frustrated, irritated by the amount of money I paid and feel I wasted money since I didn't even receive the 4 shots I was expected to for $160. Because of the lack of empathy and the money wasted I do not recommend using this pharmacy. I plan to chat with my doctor and ask for refills to be sent to a different compound pharmacy.

I wanted to support local business, but my experiences have been consistently negative. On a…read moreprevious occasion, I was told delivery was unavailable because the owner--who is also the driver--was pregnant. While I am sympathetic to personal circumstances, a professional pharmacy should have a backup plan or hire additional staff to maintain promised services. Most recently, I was told on a Thursday that delivery wasn't available until the following week. Despite being fully prepaid and waiting 24 hours to have to pick it up myself while unwell, the prescription hadn't even been started when I arrived. After being made to wait, I was then informed the order was short and I would need to return a second time the following week. To top it off, when the medication was finally ready, I was handed four separate containers without a bag. I actually had to ask for one, as I wasn't sure if I was expected to just shove them into my pockets. What makes this more frustrating is that there is never a line or other customers present when we go into this pharmacy/boutique/retail shop, so there is no excuse for such poor turnaround. Maybe their interest leans more on selling jewelry. If you have to wait, maybe you'll shop too. I truly don't see how they have positive reviews based on these unprofessional experiences. Between the logistical issues and the lack of professional courtesy, I can no longer recommend this pharmacy.

Intrigued since it has been a while since we last tried wet sauna, infrared sauna was new. Since it was the New Years, they had a special to try it for free to see how you like it. We knew some of the health benefits of sauna and decided to take chance. After the first go, we felt great and decided to pick up a package plan see the long-term benefits. It is now the start of 6 months of going weekly and my wife and I feel totally great and look forward to our weekly ritual now. I am very active sports wise as well as working daily and at the end of the week, sauna time is the best way to cleanse and detoxify your body from the weekly grind. My wife also feels great; she had a surgery in November 2025 and believes the sauna and light therapy has assisted her tremendously in healing faster as well as detoxifying her body from all the medication that were given to her for the surgery. If you have never tried it or is interested in knowing more, I recommend visiting Urban Euphoria and speaking to the staff about this service and other healthy offering they provide. Studies show that individuals in European countries that do schedule regular sauna time, can boost your cardiovascular function and lower risk of sudden cardiac death, alleviate joint pain, stress and promote better sleep. I highly recommend Urban Euphoria, great staff and atmosphere so you can enjoy the time your there with the added health benefits of infrared sauna.
