Unfortunately, they can not seem to get these issues resolved and the fixes are very temporary. Sometimes they have cold items in the back of the store that they say they can get for you, but lately I have been met with short responses and more reluctance than support. We asked if they had any any smaller containers and he offered us a sample for $2.99. I did not know this existed! But, every so often I do buy something that has a digital coupon on their app. Today it was the Purely Elizabeth cereal. Normally priced at $8.99 on sale for $7.99 but with the dollar off digital coupon, it was $6.99 I checked with the cashier and showed her the coupon that I just clipped that day in the store. She said it didn't ring up correctly. So she had to manually override the charge. Also I noticed "managers specials" sometimes don't ring up properly too. So you do need to make sure you check. I try to check when I'm in the store, as Sprouts isn't that close to me. And it's more of a hassle on my end.
