Their whey protein flavors are on point; Cinnamon Roll and Fruity Cereal are my favorites! I've tried a few but BPN has come out with new flavors I have yet to try. It tastes good in shakes, just plain water, overnight oats or whatever your heart desires. The strong stack is a good way to start the day, along with the joint supplement they have. The Pineapple Coconut flavor of Strong Greens tastes amazing! I prefer it over the Lemon flavor but both are really good. It increases natural energy, improves digestion and supports a healthy immune system. Combining it with the benefits of Strong Reds = delicious! The G.1.M Sport is good for long runs, especially during hot summer days in California. It has been a lifesaver and tastes better than other endurance drinks I've had. I love all their products! Definitely going to keep ordering some when I run out!

The manager and employees do not have their finger on the pulse of what the customers want They keep in stock things that do not sell yet the things that consistently sell out they do not order more of also they have been out of shopping bags for at least the last three weeks and then try to charge you with a vitamin Shoppe bag that you have to pay for like it is somehow the customer's fault that they can't get plastic bags. Old management was way better. I would suggest you go to the Georgetown location as you will be treated better and they will probably have what you're looking for in stock. Intrigued since it has been a while since we last tried wet sauna, infrared sauna was new. Since it was the New Years, they had a special to try it for free to see how you like it. We knew some of the health benefits of sauna and decided to take chance. After the first go, we felt great and decided to pick up a package plan see the long-term benefits. It is now the start of 6 months of going weekly and my wife and I feel totally great and look forward to our weekly ritual now. I am very active sports wise as well as working daily and at the end of the week, sauna time is the best way to cleanse and detoxify your body from the weekly grind. My wife also feels great; she had a surgery in November 2025 and believes the sauna and light therapy has assisted her tremendously in healing faster as well as detoxifying her body from all the medication that were given to her for the surgery. If you have never tried it or is interested in knowing more, I recommend visiting Urban Euphoria and speaking to the staff about this service and other healthy offering they provide. Studies show that individuals in European countries that do schedule regular sauna time, can boost your cardiovascular function and lower risk of sudden cardiac death, alleviate joint pain, stress and promote better sleep. I highly recommend Urban Euphoria, great staff and atmosphere so you can enjoy the time your there with the added health benefits of infrared sauna.

I stopped into this shop a few weeks back tp purchase some CBD products. As someone who suffers…read morefrom PTSD, chronic pain and anxiety, I prefer to take CBD or organic products as opposed to prescription drugs when possible. CBD comes in many forms, including oils, tinctures, capsules, patches, vapes, and topical preparations for use on skin. If you're hoping to reduce inflammation and relieve muscle and joint pain, a topical CBD-infused oil, lotion or cream or even a bath bomb may be the best option. Alternatively, a CBD patch or a tincture or spray designed to be placed under the tongue allows CBD to directly enter the bloodstream. It is advisable prior to taking any CBD to consult with a physician. Research has suggested that there is substantial evidence that cannabis is an effective treatment for chronic pain in adults. CBD oil has also shown promise as a treatment for some mental health disorders leading many people who live with these conditions to become interested in this natural treatment approach. Also, it should be noted there is a difference between CBD and CBN. CBN is another type of cannabinoid, although not much of it is in the cannabis plant. CBN derives from CBD's exposure to heat and light.
