This is the GNC's of all GNC's in the area. Savvy employees that maximize consumer purchases. A gold standard and model team. Well done over there read more

Zac is very rude, unhelpful, and hates his job. I hope I found what I need for myself and luckily the return policy is 30 days so if it doesn't work I'll be returning it. read more

Today 5-10-2025 arrived at the GNC Stone Hill Pflugerville, Texas location at 3:45 p.m. I asked the male GNC representative about a supplement I am needing to purchase 2 bottles of. He casually walked to a shelf looked around, said he doesn't have the supplement I am needing. I asked if he could please check his store inventory to see if there is possibly any of the product I need in the GNC back stock room. He looked at me like I was stupid and he replied no he couldn't do that. I asked if there is any way he could check inventory at another GNC store location. As he was leaning against a shelf appearing tired, he once again looked at me like I was stupid, and again he replied no he can't do that. I feel sad for the GNC store to have someone with no clue about customer service representing them. I hope GNC will enroll this individual in customer service representative training classes. read more

Helpful staff and this location had a great variety. There was one item not in stock, and the cashier took the time to look up other locations to try to find the item. We know go to this location regularly and appreciate the cleanliness and helpful staff. read more

I didn't catch the guys name, but he opened the store on 1/6/2022 and was awesome. Bald dude. Super friendly, super helpful, and professional. He helped me find what I was looking for and spent time explaining everything to me because I don't know a whole lot about sports nutrition and protein. Will definitely be coming back because of him. Thanks bald dude! You're the man! read more

I keep trying this place out of convenience but I'm done with this place . Have been persuaded multiple times to buy products that have absolutely not worked well . I have some more then average knowledge on supplements and every time I've been in there the bald headed gentleman makes it his job to try and make you feel stupid . Terrible service and never have what I go in for . read more

Poor customer service. Walked in the store and there were 2 employees and not one of them greeted me nor acknowledged me. I was looking for a certain product which I have purchased from there before and the shelf was empty so I walked out. Going back to ordering online from another company. read more

Crappy customer service! Will never go here again. Taking my business back to Round Rock.

Left 24Hours today to buy some Animal products and whey products. Found the lady working with the braid very rude. I was looking on my phone for the exact product list to make sure I was purchasing the correct items. I was in the store for over 10 minutes before she even asked if I was in need of help and my reply at this point was no. She just stopped and gave me the nastiest evil look as if I was a thief or criminal. At this point is when I decided my money would be spent at the vitamin store cause they have a friendlier staff. I am all about customer service and net people who are acting as if you are pain or a problem and all we are doing is shopping. read more

Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable employees. Will say, it's nice to see a woman working at a supplement shop!

Extremely good experience. An employee by the name of Chris was there when I dropped in after the gym to see what products they carry and ask A few questions. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. The store was very clean and new product was going out onto the shelves while I shopped which says to me they're on their game. read more

I just left and was incredibly happy with my visit. The lady working the front was still in training. When I walked in the door she immediately asked me what I needed help with. When I had a question that she didn't know the answer to she asked the gentleman that was working in the office instead of bsing some answer. That alone had me very happy. He was then able to answer all my questions and some I didn't even know I had. He also gave me a few different options for what I wanted. Hopefully the great customer service keeps up because I will keep going back! read more

Yesterday, I went there asking for one supplement with no additives, and the manager, Addy, led me directly to its location with no upselling whatsoever. Although she made it clear she was eager to help and be a resource if requested, she obviously demonstrated she was there to help. The store is very clean and well organized. There was a trainee present who was very polite and helpful as well. Great store and service! read more

Just went there to pick up something and asking the employee a question was like pulling teeth he treated me like I was inconveniencing him.. He was not listening to what I was saying... He said he could look up something and I said sure and was standing there waiting he said "umm ok now?" Yes I don't need to be standing around waiting for you... They get a one because I did have 2-3 people ask me if I needed help at the beginning and there was another guy who showed up at the end that was nice... I asked him to look up my name because I might have an account and he said ... Well just use your friend... Ummm no let's use mine -- he said nope... and quickly said do you want to sign up I said no ... Advice to the guy that was supposedly helping me... Your customers are priority not some bills or whatever the hell you were doing.. I will not be going back to that location if that is the way one of their employees treats a customer..... read more
