i went in prior to shoulder surgery to get something to ease post surgery pain and help me sleep. The salesperson sold me a tincture called Nocturna. I tried it for a number of weeks and sadly it made no difference in the quality of sleep or the intensity of pain. That said, even the pharmaceuticals I was prescribed didn't help much.
