This is among my favorites in Key Largo! It is my go-to restaurant for any type of food, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner! They always aim to please and have made me many "special requests" without a problem and with no up-charge!! Plus you can get breakfast after 11 am which is rare around here! The servings are huge and the prices very reasonable. It is not fancy but don't judge a book by it's cover! This place never disappoints and we always leave very satisfied!! This is our FAVORITE place to eat in the keys so far. We have come down here 3 separate times now and have to eat at Keys Bite at least once. They have fabulous dinner and breakfast. We drive from Islamorada up to keys bite, but we would drive from anywhere in the keys to eat here. It is very fairly priced compared to a lot of the other places in Islamorada. We have tried fajitas, grilled chicken sandwiches, mahi sandwiches, breakfast skillets, pancakes, and more and it's all so great!! We went to this place for breakfast because it had so many great reviews. We found the breakfast to be a good value but nothing worth retuning for, regular breakfast meal and bacon was over cooked too. Guess my expectations were much higher after reading the reviews. As a breakfast venue they are one of the best in Key Largo. Every so often we've had lunch and even dinner here and the food was always delicious. The breakfast menu is delicious and reasonably priced as are lunch & dinner. Again my preference is the breakfast menu. Wait staff is excellent and well deserving of a generous tip. Enjoy. H. Went here as most of the restaurants were almost all seafood and we had friend who doesn't eat seafood with us. Glad we came I never had Conch and ordered both conch chowder and cracked conch. The chowder was delicious a lot like Manhattan clam chowder was thick and chunky with veg and conch. The cracked conch appetizer had 8 large pieces. The scallop basket had 8 large scallops and so many fries I couldn't finish. All the food was perfectly golden fried in fresh oil. Service was quick and waitress attentive. Sodas were huge. Key lime pie was light, creamy and delicious. My only negative was the breading was slightly heavier than I prefer, but I would definitely go back. Stopped here at the beginning of our trip for breakfast, had Great island pancakes, decided to stop on way out of keys for lunch due to good food and really taking the Covid cleaning serious. This place serves great food at a great price ~$10 per meal, Mexican, Hibachi, Burgers, all great. Service is swift and friendly. Our family ate lunch here on a recent trip and it was so good, we ended up going back for breakfast another day. They have both Mexican and American food and all the usual breakfast foods... I had a quesadilla for lunch that was delicious! We ate a late lunch and the place was empty. We were really hot so the air conditioning felt great! Server was very pleasant and food came quickly. We all had different foods and everything was very good. At breakfast time, we ate on the covered outdoor patio. Breakfast was delicious, too. Overall, we really liked this place. We went here on Sunday because Mrs Mac's was closed. We were so happy we did. I ordered BLT with bacon on potato bread, it was the best I've ever had.. The turkey was really good not your average deli meat. My husband order buffalo chicken sandwich, the chicken was really fresh and crispy. Came all the way from Coral Springs, FL (1.5 hrs away) again to satisfy my craving for delicious authentic Mexican food. I had the Steal ala Mexicans and my boyfriend had the Steak and Chorizo burrito, both cooked to perfection. Mexican food can be so heavy and greasy but this restaurants food has a lighter more fresh and flavorful taste. I tried to get half way through my Huevos Rancheros, but had to quit. It mocked me for my failure. It called me a coño and asked my wife if she wanted to go home with a real man. Great friendly service and quality food. Stopped in for breakfast heading home from Weekend get away. We were actually headed to Mrs Macs but they were closed so we walked to Keysbite and were impressed. Breakfast sandwich, the BELT, Hash n Eggs and a Cuban sandwich with Sweet tater fries.
