This place was awesome! Beautiful spot to catch the sunset and the food was delicious. I got the Citrus Burrata salad and it was sooooo good! 10 out of 10. I did order a mahi filet to go with it but it came out super later after I had mostly finished the salad which was annoying but the salad was actually better on its own. The Maui was cooked well but too salty. My dinner-mates both got the shrimp fajitas and it was so good! I would definitely go back for that. We also shared the tuna wontons as an app with high was good. Server was nice as well. Price point across the menu was a little high but I thought the food quality was on par with it. Oh and the kiwi gin smash drink was good.

What a beautiful place! It feels like you are at the paradise! As you walk into the restaurant, you can see the blue ocean. The tables are nicely placed and there were plenty trees to make shades. The service can be a bit slow but I didn't mind since I was enjoying the nice bleeze. I ordered the ceviche and key lime pie. Key lime pie had a nice tartiness and not so sweet crust matched well. The ceviche was delicious as well. I highly recommend for you to check this place!

Beautiful restaurant and views on the Gulf side. The menu is diverse yet has all the keys staples. Recommend the Curry with Snapper, it is excellent. Service is cheerful and attentive. We love this restaurant, a favorite and must stop in the upper keys.

A great dinner at sunset

We hit a ton of restaurants during our week at Islamorada. Marker 88 was one of our favorites. A bit more upscale than most of them but worth it. They have a wonderful menu and a great chef and probably the best Keylime pie that we've had here and we had it every night. We liked it here so much. We came back a couple days later in the afternoon just to drink beers and have a Keylime pie. The location is amazing ,beautiful sunsets right on the water, entertainment ,and a very aesthetically pleasing restaurant. I would definitely put this place on my list if I was going to Islamorada. I know I will be back.

Food was fresh and great, the place was very conducive to a relaxing and good time and the service was good too! Don't listen to the other reviewers. It is not cheap but it's worth it!

We had a great time here. Love the atmosphere. It feels like a resort. I started to wonder which way it was to our room. Alas, we drove. The Key Lime Seafood is excellent. They even have Coors Banquet! My favorite. This could become a regular place for us.

The place has been renovated and expanded. The view of the sunset is amazing and outdoor tables are all well set. The service staff were very nice and attentive, they helped on menu recommendations. We ordered some appetizers and drinks while waiting for the sunset, the rocka shrimp and guacamole was great but the sushi not really. As for beers and cocktails they have options. Preferably reserve a table but you can also go as a walk-in, honestly the view can be enjoyed from all angles.

View for the restaurant beach - best part of the experience!

Great location and setting, thats about as good as it gets. Service was slooooooow, waitstaff not attentive to their tables. Price and value did not compute. For an average $50 dinner having overcooked fish (3 dinners) is not what is expected. We were over charged on the drinks from the menu price, at that they were watered down. I was disappointed because the setting was so incredible I wanted the entire experience to match.

Lobster Pesto Flatbread

Amazing place, so glad we stopped! Drinks, food, service, ambiance and view - LOVE! I had a Key Lime Mojito, Lobster Pesto Flatbread and Key Lime Pie. All were delicious. Pizza didn't have a lot of lobster on it, but the flavor was delicious. Pizza was large enough to share. I also tried my friend's Tomato & Burrata salad that was great. As we were leaving live music was starting which sounded awesome. I could have stayed all day/evening enjoying the view and music while eating & drinking

First I would like to mention that their key lime pie is up there with Mrs Macs for being the best in the upper keys. Like zest throughout and homemade whip cream with extra toasty crust. Served very chilled and custard, very comparable to the restaurant Mrs Mac. Ordered the jerk chicken fajita with fantastic roti. The cilantro chutney and rice was nicely done. The mahi club was a huge piece of fish with crispy well done fries. The kiwi gin smash was great with fresh kiwi and mint muddled into it. Service was good and personable, letting us know all the things she's liked on the menu. The ambiance was beachy and calm. Nothing too busy and the weather was nice and breezy.

Snapper ceviche

This place was ok at best, the view is absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is so pretty specially at sunset but the service was not good and there's also a lot of bugs around a flying all over. The food was okay, the coconut shrimp was good and the crispy rice was ok , nothing groundbreaking. I also had the ceviche and again it was OK I've had plenty of better ceviche. I was so underwhelmed I did not stay for dessert. The drinks were yummy , I highly recommend the coconut margarita.

Mahi tacos

Wow this place is huge and very nice. Went for lunch and it was perfect. Most if not all the seating is outside. Looks like at night they can hold 100s of guest. Had the guacamole as an app and mahi fish tacos. Everything was excellent. Service was perfect.

Coconut shrimp

This is a cute spot right on the beach that has really good food! Definitely recommend if you are in the area. They also cater to young kids which was a must for us! I had the coconut shrimp which was good but needed more coconut flavor. The rest of our table really liked their dishes, and apparently the fajitas were AMAZING! They are served with roti instead of tortillas and looked delicious. Just note they get busy so service might be a bit slow for bigger parties. So make a reservation or arrive early.

Marginal food, with forgetful, out of sight out of mind service. Spectacular violence, but untrained staff.

Terrible service, told me wrong price on phone then doubled price per pound if you bring fish. Manager was rude and disrespectful.

The fried fisherman's platter was okay but lacked flavor on many items (just tasted like fried batter) and there wasn't many shrimp (maybe four); it was mostly small clam and calamari pieces. The fried fish was pretty good. For us, this restaurant was all about the views and outdoor Keys vibe, but the food while not bad, could've been better. I've seen many people say Lazy Days has really good food, so I'll give them a pass and assume we just didn't get their best when we stopped last week for lunch.

Food and drinks are strangely combined and confusingly seasoned. We tried the Spicy Margarita and…read moreLazy Smash for drinks. The Spicy Margarita says it's made with jalapeño tequila, but the flavor was like they added muddled jalapeño peppers. Not super spicy just *really* strong jalapeño flavor; it was gross. The Lazy Smash had so much Key lime juice that the whole drink was just bitter. We didn't finish either drink. For entrees, we had the Steak Teriyaki and the special Lobster Lorenzo. Teriyaki sauce had some kind of Indian spice added - curry powder? turmeric? - whatever it was it tasted like a teriyaki/marsala. It was odd. The Lobster Lorenzo is a split lobster tail that is breaded and fried, topped with a giant crab cake and sauce. The crab cake and sauce were amazing, the lobster was tough and chewy. I can't really comment on the server, since we had three different guys between the drink orders, the food order, food delivery, and the check. Scenery is nice and the restaurant itself is well decorated and inviting next to the water. But the food and drinks are definitely not worth the price. There are lots of other great choices in the Keys.
