Nice authentic tacos. You can get gluten free corn tortillas or regular flour. Best eaten fresh!

We stop here every time we visit the keys! Their food offers authentic Mexican cuisine with Mexican sodas. Service is quick and friendly. The meat is so well seasoned you don't even need a sauce packet!

Man, this is the perfect fast lunch option in Key Largo. We stopped by for some tacos and they hit the spot. The staff was so friendly and efficient, and our order was ready quick. The cucumber juice with lime tasted so fresh. There is a nice shaded area right off the truck with tables and chairs, so we decided to eat there even though we ordered it to go. Tacos Jalisco hit the spot again!

This is not my first time going and it never disappoints. Everyone is very nice and although a food truck they have a seating area outside. The food is great the chips are perfect and I'm a big fan on the guacamole, I didn't love the queso but other I was with loved it. The mahi tacos were good and I LOVED the Al pastor taco as well. The nachos were my favorite I highly recommend.

This is mine and my husband's favorite place to eat! Even though it's a food truck, we'll pick Tacos Jalisco over a sit-down or fast food spot any day! The tacos and burritos are absolutely delicious, amazing flavor and always fresh. Their homemade pico and salsas are delicious. They also have homemade horchata and juice, I love the pineapple and watermelon juice but they have many different flavors depending on the day and season. The staff is AMAZING, so friendly, funny and they make the experience even better. There's a covered seating area too, so you can enjoy your food without worrying about the sun or rain. If you're ever in Islamorada, they've got a location there too right next to a brewery. Picture: pineapple juice, chips salsa and half my burrito in a box. I forgot to take a picture when it came out. The burrito is big enough to share or if your really hungry perfect for one person!

My friend and I have been coming to this taco truck for the past 3 years every time we are in the keys! They have the most delicious tacos, burritos, drinks and more. The food is always made fresh and the service is amazing. The location and area around it is so cute, all I would ask for is more limes for the tacos!

Omg best tacos I've ever had I had fish tacos pork tacos and beef tacos i think I had all the tacos. And they were all- fire. 100000/10 would recommend I love this place. Wish I didn't live so far I would live there.

Not sure if it's because we are a large party 10 or more, or what? Our last visit was a Sunday evening in early July . We ate outside. Waiter was good at getting water out to everyone. But when it came to drink orders we must have waited 15-20 minutes for him to take our drink orders. I had to ask him to take my appetizer order. We had to ask several times for our drinks - soft drinks- not alcoholic. They were not good at cleaning our dirty appetizer plates away after delivering dinner leaving the table crowded. I think what I found most annoying was watching our server and another server standing around while we were waiting for drinks, for order taking, for refills, etc. There was just no attention being paid to us. Maybe the guy was new? Not sure. The restaurant wasn't very busy so that wasn't the excuse. I've heard it's difficult to get good help in the Keys. Cost a lot to live here. Most commute from Homestead. Anyway- good for the food - don't expect great service. Ironically I did over tip. I was a server in college so I try to be generous.

We were seated immediately, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating overlooking a beautiful channel with boats constantly coming and going. Everything came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast. You could tell the food was made to order. The staff was genuinely friendly and never made us feel rushed, which made it easy to sit back and enjoy the view. The outdoor seating was fantastic and added so much to the experience. The restaurant is a little tucked away and can be easy to miss, but don't let that stop you--it is absolutely worth finding. We had a disappointing lunch here…read more We were in the keys specifically to enjoy Florida lobster season which started last week. As we were getting ready to head home, I had read in their ad in the local newspaper that they featured fresh Florida lobster. So I delayed our departure a couple hours just to make sure we stopped here for lunch. The restaurant has an outside bar and patio dining plus inside a/c dining. We chose to sit in the inside. I'd asked the server what Florida lobster dishes they offered and the prices. She said they had two -- lobster bites and a lobster tail. I order the tail with sweet potato fries as my side. When the meal came, I saw that what was delivered was NOT fresh Florida lobster. The manager (?) told me they hadn't pulled the traps yet and didn't have any Florida lobster -- which was strange as it was almost a week into the season and their two ads touted it. Anyhow, he suggested the snapper instead and I chose the coconut yellowtail sandwich from their specials. This was barely edible -- over fried, over cooked, and dried out. I took only a couple bites and coins t even eat the rest. Meanwhile, my husband had ordered the cracked conch appetizer. We've had this all over Florida (he's a native) and in the Carribean. This version was quite different. It had large square pieces of conch in a heavy fried batter. I would not recommend this dish, either.

Having arrived at 4:30pm, we were immediately shown to a table and informed about the happy hour specials. Not normally ones to drink much on vacation, my wife and I instead opted to live in the moment and enjoy the island life, especially since it was 30 degrees when we left Ohio that morning. As such, we each ordered a rum punch (pictured), while my best friend ordered a Bulliet old fashioned and his wife a house margarita. With drink orders out of the way, Deja, our absolutely delightful waitress, took our food orders: sauteed seafood combo (for my wife), backyard BBQ burger with coleslaw (for me), burger and fries (for my BFF and his wife, who -unlike us- were smart enough to save room for dessert). While waiting for our meals, we took in the ambiance of the restaurant, and wow was there a lot to take in! First off, we loved how the old Pizza Hut building had been repurposed and transformed into the embodiment of the tropical island lifestyle. From the display tables showcasing seashells and historic Florida Keys photos, to the license plate light fixtures, to the ceiling-mounted blue sky and clouds panels, to the fish hanging in front of each distinctively Pizza Hut trapezoidal window, we loved it all! When our food arrived, it looked fantastic and tasted even better. My wife described her seafood combo as being excellent, with the Caribbean lobster "almost as good as the ones we get in Maine." Likewise, her fish was fresh and delicious, while the shrimp were succulent. My burger was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and was topped with expertly caramelized onions and bacon with just the right amount of crispness to it. My coleslaw side was also excellent, with the perfect balance of creaminess and zing. Our friends also said their burger and shoestring fries were fantastic. To round out our meal, each of the four of us ordered pieces of Key Lime Pie, which was some of the best I have ever had in my life (and I have eaten a lot of Key Lime Pies!)! Throughout our meal, Deja checked on us often without being overbearing, and kept the drinks flowing. All told, for 5 drinks, 3 entrées with sides, and 4 slices of Key Lime Pie, our bill before tax, tip, and credit card surcharge was $163.93. Considering the excellent food and outstanding service we received, the four of us universally agreed it was well worth the price! Pros: outstanding service, fantastic flavours, great atmosphere, and the 2-for-1 drinks during happy hour were a great deal! Cons: none! Overall we rate Mrs. Mac's Kitchen as being Excellent and cannot wait to go back!
