Had the chicken and steak tacos, bean burrito and horchata. Chicken was the best, steak was a bit overcooked and dry, bean burrito could have had more beans than cheese in it but was a good size, horchata was a bit gritty and not smooth in texture or flavor as I would usually like it. Their hot sauce is actually very spicy which is good alone or mixed with their other milder sauces. There was only a few people and bit of a wait in between taking orders. From start to finish, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Being next to the high school, I can see it getting busy during their lunch break so they text their order ahead of time since they don't have much time on their break and would probably spend most of it waiting in line to order or waiting for food. They were already busy with somewhat big orders with just a handful of people there. Maybe someday they can advance to an ordering app to make it more efficient. I too would like to just order ahead and not have to wait as long. Maybe I can try the text to order next time. Night time can be very dark with little lighting in this area. Their 2nd location at the brewery is a good setup since people can buy their time looking around at art, listening to music, staying indoors at the brewery or drinking beers while waiting for their food. They're doing good for being open less than a week! Solid Mexican fast food especially since there aren't many Mexican options around this area at all. There's more Cuban options, which are good also if you're looking for some Latin food around here. They do have benches and tables for seating. Limited parking when school is in session.

We got there early morning and there was only one other couple there. We walked around to check out the place before we made our way to the counter to order. They were busy cleaning tables and getting everything ready outside. It was fun to walk around the almost jungle like atmosphere. A couple chickens were walking around too. They have fun tic tac toe boards as several of the tables that can entertain you while you wait for your food to be delivered. We ordered and found a seat at a large table in the back section near the restroom. None of us were certain what we were ordering but I think everyone was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered to our table. I had two baked eggs with chorizo and mozzarella, a hashbrown and a slice of their "famous" coco bread. The eggs were served in two individual foil tins and were delicious. It was almost like a poached egg. You get your choice of two toppings from several options. The bread comes toasted. It wasn't bad but I didn't think it was anything overly special. The hasbrown was almost baked like a casserole and it was a great accompaniment for the eggs. My friend ordered their mango pancakes and she loved it. My husband also ordered a breakfast with a bit of everything and it had a pancake too. He said it was his favorite thing. It also looks like it was baked in a tin and the turned out. It's super thick and very cake like looking. They both said it was light and delicious. Everyone that got the bacon including myself enjoyed it. When I was trying to pick between the sausage or bacon option the gal taking my order said both were good but that they cut their own bacon so I had to try it. It definitely wasn't your typical breakfast bacon! Everyone enjoyed their food and some of us even had some leftovers to bring home for the next day. The beauty of that was the food is served in a to go container so taking it home was effortless. We would definitely come back. It was hot and I needed something to pick me up. The smoothie was just what I needed. Hand made with fresh key limes and strawberries. The owners were friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. What caught my eye was the Baleadas, a Honduran stuffed tortilla, which we'll be going back to try.
