    Kendall Ford did a service on our truck. We were able to make an appointment within a few days without any problems. The person we spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. When we got to the dealership, the Quick Lube bays are the last two on the end of service. You pull up, the door opens and you drive in where someone meets you to fill out paperwork. All service workers we met with are wearing masks-though many wearing the thin gaiters that go around their neck-which didn't make me feel that protected. I would go to this Ford dealership if I was in need of service but it's not the best one I've been.

    A show vehicle rendering both handicap spaces useless. We'll take our business where we're respected.

    My husband and I pulled up to test drive a couple of trucks tonight. An employee had parked a show car in the lines between the handicap spaces rendering them both utterly useless. Those lines are there so you know NOT to park there so people with wheelchairs can enter and exit their vehicles via ramps. We parked crooked so we could get our son out of our van and into his chair. Then we looked at each other and said "If they don't respect us and our needs then they don't deserve our business". We packed up and left. This photo was taken 1.7.2020 at 4:45pm. Management needs to have a conversation with their employees regarding this disgrace. This is not ok.

While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. I recommend Oregon Roads all the time!

From the very first, Joe had our trust and never let us down. The truck was exactly as described, and it was the first time in 35 years we had ever even considered buying a vehicle without a test drive because of that trust. He made our long-distance purchase from the duty station in Seattle work with text, calls, Venmo for the deposit, and lightning fast response time, even with our three week delay that held the truck for picking up when military scheduling allowed. Joe followed through with every detail and made our son's first vehicle purchase a wholly positive one. Extraordinary and impeccable pride and professionalism in an industry where we thought it was impossible to find anything of the kind! I…read morestarted research for a new vehicle this spring and after hours of research and test driving the final choices - I was leaning towards a 2026 Subaru Forrester Hybrid. When I visited the lot in Eugene to do some additional research, I met salesperson Matt. He LISTENED to me! He walked around with me to talk about the regular and Hybrid versions of Forrester and answered so many of my geeky questions and understood I was doing my research. At the end of the conversation, we exchanged numbers and he encouraged me to call when I was ready. I was ready a few weeks ago! Unfortunately Matt was out however I was fortunate to be paired up with salesperson Jayden. She too listened, answered all my questions and we had fun! We took 2 Forrester vehicles for test drives - and I knew after driving the Hybrid - it was my car...my first Subaru! Robin was my finance person - she was fantastic and so personable through the whole paperwork experience. Richard is my "Subaru Greek" and I will take advantage of his expertise as I become more attuned with my new vehicle! To circle back to Matt, if I hadn't had such a real/personable experience with him on the lot - I'm not sure if I would have returned to Kendall Subaru so loyally. This team made this important buying decision professional, intelligent and FUN!     Transmission issues resolved!…read more While driving from Seattle to Los Angeles, our 2016 Forester's Check Engine and ATL Oil Temp lights came on. After getting towed 70 miles back to Kendall Subaru, the problem was diagnosed (along with a thorough overview of some other, less critical issues) on Saturday. The tech stayed late, and came in early on Monday to get us back on the road. I rented one of Kendall's cars for use while ours was in the shop, so we got to enjoy Eugene's restaurants and nearby hiking trails. Dylan, the service writer, was clear and concise on the issue, accepted my deferral of the other issues, and kept me up to date on progress. Nice! Costs for the transmission repair came out precisely on estimate. The diagnostic cost was folded in to the overall charge. While wandering around the showroom, Matt came out, recognized that I had a car being serviced, and showed me a 2025 hybrid Forester - snazzy! Matt was patient, explained Kendall's sales process, and took me out on a test drive. Calm, professional, informative. If we were to contemplate a new car purchase, we'd seriously consider buying from Matt at Kendall, flying up, spending a nice weekend, and driving back.

We bought a new ID4 for my wife and I and a used Chevy Bolt for my daughter from them. On both cars, they added a "Security Registration" $449 fee to the price. They claim this will pay out $5,000 if the car gets stolen. We have insurance and don't need this, but they say it is impossible to remove that charge from the price of the car. Just a cash grab by the dealer. The Bolt we bought had faulty tire pressure monitors and needed and alignment. No problem. If we bought the car (this was on the weekend) Monday someone would call us and they would get it in and have these items taken care of. The very unfriendly F&I guy even had us sign a paper that they owed this work to us. Two weeks later, nobody had contacted us to do this, despite reaching out to them again and getting assurance again that it would be taken care of. The same week our ID4 has a recall, one that VW called me about and urged me to do ASAP. Scheduled an appointment, took it in and the service manager explained it was a software update that could take up to three days. No problem, just get us a loaner and we'll leave it, as this is a car my wife and I share. No loaners are available and after inquiring about when would be a good time to get this recall done when we could get a loaner, I was told there is no good time and loaners are rarely available. So we have to go without getting this important safety recall done... We've enjoyed owning many VWs and Audis in the past but the extra charges, and the poor service department will have us going elsewhere in the future for cars.
