My wife has broken the screen to her iphone 8 times (no lie!), I also have two middle school kids with smartphones... I guess this makes me an expert on iphone screen repairs. I've been to most of the screen repair shops in Oakland and found Kemo to have the best service and very competitive prices. They are honest and fast with their repairs. Equally important to me, they are a local, family-owned business. read more

I download yelp for making this comment，they have really nice service，and very responsible I replace my iPhoneX screen three time right here，and they didn't charge me for everything，I'll definitely recommend my friends to fix their phones right here read more

Super helpful in troubleshooting mic. Screen repair + protector $80 which was $20 less than what I paid for a low quality screen at another shop. Highly recommend this helpful, friendly shop. read more

I came in on a friend's recommendation and seriously couldn't be happier that I did. Adnan was sooooo helpful, informative, and fair. He fixed my torn up iphone screen and gave me awesome advice about the battery life problem I have been having. All of the customers that came and went as I waited seemed so satisfied as well. He gave me a great price and fast, impeccable service. He is the go-to person for oakland cell phone repair and swag. Believe me, you will be happy you went. read more

Super fast, great service. Definitely recommend this place for phone repair. Had me in and out in 20 minutes at a very fair price !

Don't let the Street View of this shop scare you off. I needed a new screen and battery on my iPhone 6s -- they had both items on hand, and installed them quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. Feels like a new (albeit slow) phone now, and I feel good supporting a friendly local vendor. read more

wow! Adel saved me! I had a catastrophic iPhone disaster and, of course, I hadn't backed up in literally years. Adel fixed me up so that I could create a back up so all was functional again. I will 100% be back here if anything goes wrong with my phones ever again. GREAT small shop with super friendly guys working there. Excellent! read more

After exhausting my search of SF-area repair shops able to service a four-year-old mobile phone, I found Kemo Wireless on Yelp and messaged them. They responded quickly, gave me a quote, and I sent them payment via PayPal. They ordered the part and when it arrived they messaged me back. I spent about 25 minutes in the store while they made the repair. Seamless! I'm thrilled. read more

Sam was incredible. I highly recommend Kenmo. Due to water damage to my phone, I was under the impression that my phone required a new charging module replacement in order for it to charge. Instead of charging ~$100 for parts and labor, Sam did some pre-checks and quickly cleaned the port free of charge saving me that money and time without my phone. What incredible service! read more

I have always gone to KEMO when I want my phone fixed! They always have really fast service, are cheaper and do a better job than anywhere else around. Went to get my phone fixed tonight and lemme tell you ADEL hooked it up! Did a great job, and fixed my broken ass phone to mint condition in a short amount of time, considering all the people there. TL;DR Good staff, good store. read more

I got my iPhone 6s screen replaced for $75 in about 12 minutes. Nice guys running an efficient business. My only complaint is my home button on my phone is now kinda loose, but everything works. Thanks. read more

No one likes cracking their phone... but I am the queen of cellphone problems (largely caused by own foul-ups, extraordinaire). However, Sam at this fine wireless repair facility is second to none. My friend referred me and he came through big time and left me feeling like I had a brand new phone. Be it a thrashed screen, LCD and inner-workings that I don't understand, or any other issue known to man, you can get it fixed in one visit- one Kemo treatment- and you're all good to go!!!! He is so nice, prices are fair, and his employees are adorable! read more

Great service, great prices, couldn't ask for a better place to be able to have my iPhone needs taken care of.

This place was the lowest cost to replace screen on my iphone 5s ($50). It was so convenient and easy. I took my phone in and it was less than 30 minutes before I was able to pick it up and $50 out the door..When I droppepd it again not a week later I went back to Kemo wireless. The same man repaired the phone again for $50 and even threw in a free protective case. Great Place !! read more

This place is definitely fast, efficient, and affordable. They were able to help me with my phone camera that's been dusty for a while. They looked into it, let me know what steps they'd take and told me what the problem was. They even let me know where they were sourcing the replacement part and that they don't use generic parts. I was able to get my camera replaced in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend these guys for iPhone repairs read more

Superior customer service! I had been calling around to prove iPhone 7+ screen repairs and after being quoted 4 times I decided to go with Kemo Wireless because they gave me the lowest quote. They were super quick and efficient and I got a complimentary screen protector and a new phone case for only an additional $10. I would definitely recommend their services. read more

If you need a repair go here now! Kemo was pretty amazing. I came in with a broken mute toggle, bad antenna, and a cracked screen on an iPhone 6. After doing an internal cleaning the toggle and antenna both worked. I got a delicious taco across the street while the tech replaced the screen for 65! Best tech experience in a long time. read more

After melted chocolate in my pocket had an unfortunate encounter with the bottom of my iphone X, I was left with a muffled microphone and a speaker that worked about half the time. Apple quoted me over $500 for repair - twice the value of the phone. I got an appt at BestBuy for repair - over a week in the future, not good enough. Then Kemo came to the rescue. After exchanging a few messages, and getting a very fair flat-rate quote, I was invited to just come on down with my phone. One hour later my phone was back in shape. I was so thrilled at the great service and communication skills that I offered to pay an extra $20, but Kemo refused to accept it. That's pride! Totally unexpectedly, I left not only with restored sound but also new screen protectors front and back. My only regret: I do not have anything else for this great establishment to fix. Phone problem? Don't shop around, call Kemo. And while you are there look over the large assortment of mobile electronics stuff, very nice! read more

When my exchange student from Spain dropped his Spanish phone and broke it, the shop couldn't fix it because they couldn't get the part that was needed. But, they were able to fix him up with a new phone and US phone card at a very inexpensive price. He liked the phone better than the one he broke. Kemo Wireless is awesome! read more

The environment is small, but the selection is large. Staff is very informative and knowledgable about product info and cellular information besides metro because I received help regarding my iPhone5 on Sprint services and received the answer to a question I've been dying to know and no other cell company, not even sprint could help. Thanks for the help! Did I also forget to mention that they unlock iPhones.. And if your unlucky like me and have sprint they can refer you to someone who can unlock a iPhone5 sprint, lucky me again! read more

Came in to get a full sized sim card cut down to fit into a newer phone, and possibly get the new phone unlocked if needed. The very pleasant girl working the counter cut down the card, and discovered that the newer phone was already unlocked. I asked her how much I owed her, and she said no charge!! I'll need a new battery for this new phone soon, but they were out of stock, but I'll go back and buy it from her. Great experience! read more

Very helpful. Ruth was awesome. I got my phone unlocked and it was reasonable and fast! Id recommend this place to others.

I regret coming here for a screen repair. I dropped my iPhone 7 from 2 feet and the screen cracked. I looked up a few places on yelp and got quotes and availability. This location was the beat for me and my schedule. I was greeted by an employee, got the same quote and he took my phone to start the repair. Initially I liked my newly non broken phone screen but knew something was weird with the new screen soon after. 1. The tempered glass cover they give for free is a sweet gesture but it was horrible for getting anything done on the phone. I literally had to press my finger on the screen sooooo hard to get it to notice what I was attempting to press. 2. The brightness of my phone is diminished. Even with full brightness turned on, it looked like I'm still trying to do things in the dark. It's so annoying when trying to read or watch shows. Everything seems as if I am going blind. 3. The sides are not flat and rounded. Rub your finger in the sides of your iPhone 6,7,8 and whatever.... the phone screen is rounded and flush with the rest of the phone. It's sleek and beautiful. I thought I was trippin until I grabbed my friends iPhone 7 that's never been broken and knew my screen was a cheap piece of shit. What really bothered me is when I went to pick up my phone, a guy was in there to get a quote for this daughters cracked iPhone screen. He was inquiring about a lowered price because he wanted to buy the glass online. The guy who handled my repair boated about how perfect the work was and how bright and amazing their glass was. "We have apply certified. You'll never find anything as good as ours." I disagree dude. I've had my phone done at another place in the city but didn't feel like driving to SF and thought the reviews were reliable. Nope. Don't come here. I wish I could get my money back. I'm a student and can't afford to be giving my money away to overly confident businesses who do shitty work. I'm so pissed. read more

Great selection of unlock phones and very competitively priced. Great customer service thanks Kemo you are a life saver.

Awesome customer experience. Sent me a quote quickly. Was lowest. ... Didn't need appt. .. walked in and walked out in 15 minutes (replaced Iphone battery). Definitely will see him again if I need anything like that. Good vibe. Nice guy. Go! :-) read more
