So, I tried calling in advance since there was 4 of us. I called about 5 times and no answer. So, we physically go to the shop & sign in. They sat my sister and grandma in the pedí chairs. While me, my mom, and My 1 yr old sister waited outside since there wasn't people available. My sister gets started on first while my grandma waits in the chair next to her. When I go to check on my sister, she expressed to me that the person doing her toes took too much skin off and caused her to bleed. At this point, We have already been waiting almost 40 minutes without my grandma even being attended. As the hour wait hits we all conclude that we will waste no more time waiting. "V" asks us to come back later. We of course rejected, and almost seemed to have upset "V". She gave us 3$ coupons as an "apology" for the wait. My sister's toe a day later...infected!!!! I am now questioning what their standard of clean or sanitized really is. I come here at pe2 times a month for a mani/pedi.Today there was a lady with a crying baby getting a pedicure and then has the nerve to get a full set as well. Not the place for a baby. So I waited until after my second visit to write this review to give it a fair shake. The first visit I had a standard mani/pedi. The second visit I had a gel mani/pedi. The mani from the first visit barely lasted 24 hours before it started chipping off, but to be fair I mostly type for a living and I am also an artist so my hands get washed a lot, but even still my at home mani's stay much longer! The gel is on par with others, I like that they use a brand that has matching non-gel colors that come with it! Now as for the pedi's, I love love love their pedi's. I always get the one (they have a few different kinds) that has the paraffin wax foot soak. It's delicious and if you've never had paraffin OMG heaven! Seriously worth it. read more

I called and asked if I could make an appt for a fill, fix and pedicure for 4:30, she said, "yes, see you soon." I show up 5 min early, see him preparing the tray of tools to start a pedicure. I think, great! He comes around the wall just enough to see who it was and he scurried around the corner as soon as we made eye contact. I thought he was just rushing to get things ready, but NOOOO he justttt started a pedicure on someone else. This is a 30-35 min process, I'm not gonna sit and wait for you to do a whole pedicure before you do mine. An emoji with bulgy eyes should be inserted here! I sat and thought about my options, I left. Didn't get my pedicure done allll week because I didn't have time...thank you very much! If you know me, my fingers and toes are always done, always!!!!! I felt ugly as hell this week! I gave you another chance and you completely blew it! So since you had me waiting 30 min to get to a chair and then another 10 min awkwardly sitting there in the chair, I called CONCEPT NAILS as I sat in your chair and was told I could be seen right away, right around the corner and was in a chair within 5 min literally! I had an appointment next door but decided I would try this place out since I was in the area. Upon entering, I was greeted and made a last-minute appointment in an hour. I came back and had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time, but it was a last minute appointment so that was fine. Tom did an AMAZING job on my gel manicure and pedicure, and he was so thorough even though both only took an hour and a half! The place is very large, and clean, and is very visually appealing. When I had Tony design my nails, he did not do them per request unfortunately, it was a fifty dollar nail job and I my nails were crooked he hurt me several times which never happens at my normal nail salon and I lost a nail two days after I got my nails done. I wasn't going to write a review because I hate writing or giving bad reviews but my daughter had a similar experience twice as she gave them a second chance. She warned me after her first experience not to go the first time but I was desperate and had a business dinner and needed a polish change, repair and opted for a design change as well as it was very simple gell change but what an expensive disappointment. I come to KT nails every 2 1/2 weeks. The workers know who I am by name and I normally have a great experience every time. Although, this time when I went, I was VERY unhappy with my service. The guy who started off with my toes did a very poor job. Every step that he did was rushed and not cared for. He didn't scrub my legs and never even cleaned my cuticle buds. I come in often because of the service i get done on my toes and the way the workers clean my feet but this worker didn't care in the slightest. The worker spent a total of 15 mins on my feet. My two friends were still getting their toes cleaned by the time he had completed his whole service, and we all sat down at the SAME TIME. When I mentioned to the manager/receptionist what was wrong, she said it's because my feet are already clean ( because i'm a regular) so that's why the service was quick. Then the worker walked over and complained to his coworker in another language right in front of me and didn't even acknowledge that I was upset. horrible character. So per my understanding of this salon, unless your feet are hideous, you get 15 min done on your feet, which is absolutely ridiculous. As a regular, I don't want to come back. All was given to me was a $5 off card and not a single apology. If this is the way they treat regulars then I don't want to be one. I will find some place else to bring my business ALONG with my friends. So I hope losing 3 customers was worth it. read more

When we asked why the water in the pedi bath was freezing cold, we were told that they were out of hot water. Really?!?? WTF?!?
