The old sump pump (10 years old) was working fine but based on the expected lifecycle I wanted to be proactive. I already have a Generac 15 KW backup power generator (natural gas powered) so we did not need to put in a battery powered backup. The install took 2-3 hours. Absolutely super 100% job.
