They do a very thorough job cleaning, and they must use eco-friendly cleaning products because our house gets incredibly clean but never smells like chemicals after cleaning (which I really appreciate!). We have a very curious cat who can be prone to jumping on brooms and running out open doors, and they are always great with him. They are very careful with the doors and are patient with him when he gets in their way. Isiah is really responsive in scheduling and always does his best to work with us when we have difficult scheduling needs. I would give them more than five stars if I could!

I'm so happy with the results of our deep clean and have already made arrangements to have them back every few weeks. I'm not super picky, but I appreciated how they had me walk through the house when they were finished to make sure I was satisfied. Professional, punctual, efficient, and friendly. So many companies advertise "deep cleaning" and I end up finding places that were missed. These ladies found places to clean I didn't even think about!! Would definitely recommend.

I was told at the 3hr point that she would need at least another hour...oooooooook! Bottom line, even after 4 hours she still hadn't finished cleaning everything I contracted for and I ended up cleaning up part of the apartment myself because I needed to get going. Not what I had planned. I was told by management that the people who quoted me 3 hours weren't the ones who really knew how long things would take. Really? To her credit though, the woman who came out to do the cleaning did a bang up job at it! Stuff was sparkling! I just was not happy with how things turned out with what got cleaned what didn't and the timing. .

ZERO STARS Disappointing & Unprofessional…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I provided all of my information, scheduled time for someone to come to my home, and received what was presented as a FREE quote and small demonstration. The actual cleaning service was never completed, yet I was still charged. At no point was I clearly informed that the quote or demonstration would result in a charge if the service did not move forward. I also want to mention something that made the experience even more uncomfortable. The gentleman who came to my home appeared to be flirting/hitting on me during the appointment. I was dismissive because I was there strictly for a professional service. I cannot say whether that had anything to do with the lack of follow-through afterward, but given the circumstances and subsequent charge, it did leave me questioning the situation. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. If something is advertised or presented as FREE, customers should not later discover an unexpected charge--especially when the actual service was never provided. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Neither of us really enjoys cleaning and we don't have enough time to do a deep cleaning. Enter Dirty Girl Cleaners. They mop, vacuum, dust. They move quickly and efficiently. They're friendly and professional. They're thorough. And if they miss anything (hey, no one's perfect; we've all been there), I just have to write them a quick email, and they come right back as soon as they can to make it all right. When I read the negative reviews for Dirty Girl Cleaners, I wonder whether the reviewers ever gave the cleaning service any feedback. I think that, as far as possible, one should give people feedback and give them a chance to fix anything that they might have missed. I've found that Michelle and her team are responsive and, when I say that they missed something, they are quick to come by and fix it--there's no haggling or questioning. I get that it can be stressful and uncomfortable to tell someone that they didn't do a good enough job. But if you don't give them the feedback, then how will they fix it, and know for next time? I recommend Dirty Girl highly.

To our rescue came Dirty Girl Cleaners, a new cleaning service catering to the Columbus metro area. "They won't... we will!" is their motto, and the girls certainly lived up to our expectations. No pre-cleaning was required for their visit. I made cookies before they arrived, and left the mixing bowl and utensils in the sink, along with a few dishes from the previous night's dinner. I didn't have to dust, clear surfaces, or empty shelves. The girls tackled it all. Jaqy and Michelle arrived promptly at 2:00 p.m. and wasted no time getting down to their dirty business. With environmentally-friendly cleaning products, some house-made, they eradicated grease, busted dust and annihilated odors. They don't have a lot of fancy cleaning gadgets. They get everything done with dusters, rags, paper towels, and a small shop vac. They washed the dishes, scrubbed every surface (including the floors), and thoroughly cleaned the inside of our oven and fridge. (Yes, even the fridge!) In addition, the Dirty Girls organized our shelves, cleaned out our cabinets, got rid of expired goods, and even wiped down all of the bottles, tins and containers in our cluttered pantry. Throughout the cleaning, the girls were very respectful of our home, our property and our cats. Since the girls offer a "first hour free" discount to members of SBB (Small Business Beanstalk), the end cost was less than we had expected to pay. Bonus! Bottom line: I would highly recommend Dirty Girl Cleaners to anyone who needs help cleaning and organizing their home. We will definitely consider using their services again. You go, girls!
