Finding reliable cleaners who treat each unit with care has always been one of the hardest parts of managing rentals from a distance. Brand New Again Cleaning has been the exception. Nicole has been consistently dependable, communicative, and detail‑oriented. She handles my turnovers as if the properties were her own. Every time she finishes a job, the place looks refreshed, organized, and truly guest‑ready. I never have to worry about missed corners, lingering odors, or rushed work. I request deep cleaning services and recurring services for my units. She sends updates, asks the right questions, and makes sure everything is handled before the next tenant arrives. What I appreciate most is that she understands the standards required for rental properties. Cleanings aren't just "cleanings" for me, they directly impact reviews, tenant satisfaction, and how smoothly my operations run. Nicole gets that, and it shows in the quality of her work. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, priced right,, thorough, and easy to work with, Brand New Again Cleaning is absolutely worth it. I'm grateful I found them and plan to keep using their services for my Ohio properties. Thank you

I purchased 2 hours of…read moreservice and two ladies were able to get my home "stressfree" upon my return home post work on a late Friday evening. I shared my cleaning wishlist on the request form found online when you request service and I would say that it was fair and their approach to what I needed was excellent. They cleaned everything to my remembrance that I had on my list and my list seemed quite long. I believe it took the full time to clean and their detail to the small things mattered to me. I spoke to them about what I needed before they began to clean and they realistically shared what they could perform in the given time. When me and my little girl God home she was in aw, she kept trying to figure out if she was in the right home and kept saying mommy it's so clean "it is so cute". My only regret is that my money wasn't long enough to have given them a grand monetary tip and that my money is too short at this time to hire them to clean bi-weekly. They saved me so much time! Possibly hours. I will have them back at my home in August to help me with a very special project. To just establish more order. These ladies have restored a sense of balance and order into my life through their cleaning approach. They were amazing and extremely professional. The quality of work was perfect and communication I had with Dreama and was excellent. Great experience with Dreama and a great cleaning team who helped get my home back into shape. Thank you guys for doing such an excellent job! I will use RHR's Cleaning Services again. I had an excellent experience with this service provider. Thank you. D.B

Go elsewhere. Cleaning was mediocre. I purchased the 4 man hours for $99 (aka 2 people for 2 hours). They did a good job on the obvious parts, like bathtub and toilet and countertops but I felt like they missed a lot of minor things. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I actually think they left 15 miI also asked if they would wipe the floors with a vinegar water mixture (I provided the vinegar) instead of their cleaner to reduce the smoke odor from previous tenants and they did not.

ZERO STARS Disappointing & Unprofessional…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I provided all of my information, scheduled time for someone to come to my home, and received what was presented as a FREE quote and small demonstration. The actual cleaning service was never completed, yet I was still charged. At no point was I clearly informed that the quote or demonstration would result in a charge if the service did not move forward. I also want to mention something that made the experience even more uncomfortable. The gentleman who came to my home appeared to be flirting/hitting on me during the appointment. I was dismissive because I was there strictly for a professional service. I cannot say whether that had anything to do with the lack of follow-through afterward, but given the circumstances and subsequent charge, it did leave me questioning the situation. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. If something is advertised or presented as FREE, customers should not later discover an unexpected charge--especially when the actual service was never provided. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
