He did not put new glass in the second window as was quoted. We discussed it. I showed him our text messages where I clearly said replace the glass and the screens in two windows. He said he would come back and replace the glass in the second window if I paid more on the invoice. I did. Then he texted and said he was not coming back as he had promised.

I never once heard from the owner -- he was the one scheduled to do my windows. Wouldn't you call someone if you got to a house and they weren't there? He didn't.

We got referrals for two other soft wash services that our neighbors used in the Newark area and we are SO glad we ended up going with Crabbys! They were a bit more expensive than the other quotes we got, but you get what you pay for, and the quality of the customer service and cleaning services was unmatched and totally worth it. I agree with the other reviewers note that this company and the owner Josh is very detail oriented. They covered our outdoor security cameras and were great with follow up and communication from initial referral call, to end of the job and all in between. This was especially appreciated when they had to reschedule our service due to lightning and thunder outside. I didn't even have to contact them for a reschedule and they were very proactive in all my communications with them. Also, you do not have to be home when they do your service. :) We had our house and attached garage and windows cleaned. Very friendly, good people as well!

In pursuit of a squirrel, my cat pushed through a tiny hole in my upstairs bathroom screen, until only the rounded curve of his back, his legs and tail were on the inside of the screen. A funny sight, but, of course, now, from the second floor, the huge, gaping hole posed a danger, not to mention which my Landlord would probably not be too happy to find this now huge hole! Only 9 miles from the center of Hilltop, where I live, and 5 miles from Drexel in Bexley, they are very conveniently located. Usually, they make home visits to clean windows, pressure wash homes and roofs, clean concrete, clean decks, clean dryer vents, and repair and replace screens, among other cleaning and repair type services. In this case, I took my screen window to them. They are a small business, I believe they are family-owned, they provide extremely competitive and reasonable quotes, and they care about their customers. Micrin, the owner, heads a bright, engaging team of employees. Carmen and Deidre were the two who helped me. They are proud of the quality of their work! This is, indeed, a quality you want when you hire someone to provide a service. Their attitudes and the quality of their service engender trust. I highly recommend them for any work that you may need on your house. To see a list of what they do, go here - http://2020viewllc.com/, where you will also find links to many other rave reviews.
