I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

We had a drain clogged and called the company that worked on our AC because they said they do plumbing too! Disaster!! No overtime, No weekends, not enough plumbing staff! After waiting 3 days we still had a clogged drain. We had to find help and we'd been given Dave Riley's name from several friends. We called Dave - 8pm Friday NIGHT! He said he had a pretty full schedule Saturday, but he would fit us in!!. As promised- Dave showed up Saturday afternoon and he didn't screw around. He brought in his Snake / Auger machine and had the drain clean-out opened and the snake running in just mins. He was all done with the drains and toilets running ok. Dave was on his way in less than 20 mins. After waiting around on this other "big" company for 3 days and Dave got the job done in 20 mins! Dave also has ONE REASONABLE PRICE - No emergency rates and No weekend rates. Just a fair price for a job well done! When the other company was screwing around we called several friends for suggestions.
